I am an avid fountain soda drinker and Casey’s fountain Diet Coke is my favorite. I live 2 minutes from this Casey’s location and would frequent this store daily at a minimum and often times more than once a day to purchase a fountain drink. Recently, I have made the switch to Kwik Star since Casey’s fountain machine has been out of service for well over 2 weeks! I inquired over a week ago when in the store when it would be fixed, I was told they were waiting on a part that was arriving next day. This was over a week ago so clearly not true since the machine is still out of order (I stopped in hopes it was fixed last night). I am sure this is frustrating to many customers and I cannot comprehend how this is an acceptable timeframe to have the machine not operational. If the problem is that serious or the part is not available could you please just get a new machine. What are you waiting for?

Three times in a row we’ve ordered pizza and they have utterly screwed it up. Tonight we ordered via the app three hours ago. We arrived at the pick up time and they hadn’t even started it. Casey’s has really started to go downhill.

I was not feeling well last night so I decided to order Casey’s through my Casey’s app. After I placed the order I realized it was a 110 minute wait. There was no place to cancel in the app but my email confirmation told me if I need to cancel to call the store. I call this store and ask to cancel my order. A lady tells me I can’t cancel because I ordered through Door Dash. I tell her, no I ordered through CASEYS. The manager gets on the phone to say he needs to call someone else to get the order cancelled and he will call me back. Remind you my wait time was 110 mins and I called to cancel immediately. I never got a call back and my order arrived 2 hours later. Smh Casey’s.

John the cashier was very rude and disrespectful. Told all of the manager business about calling in the day of and complained on how Casey's lost several employees. I assume this is the reason for the terrible customer service

Claim they are open until 12am. Yet everytime I go by after work at 11:15-30pm they are closed. Went by there last night Saturday July 15, 2023 at 11:15pm and they were as usual closed.

Despite growing up in Iowa, and once loving Casey’s, I was reminded today why over the last several years I’ve begun to avoid them like the plague. Since it was directly on my route I thought it would be quick and convenient to just fuel here. I was wrong. 2 of the 4 diesel handles were bagged and I proceeded to find out that at least one more should have been. Of course this is in addition to the multiple gas handles I saw out of order and the air compressor. Couple that with the fact that the store looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in roughly two decades, it will be amazing if Casey’s isn’t dead and gone within 5 years. As far as I’m concerned, good riddance!
An older gentlemen on saturdays night shift took my order. He was so sweet and started making my pizza right away. A large pizza just for me because i wanted the left overs. He happily shared the best ways to reheat my pizza! Service was fast and pizza was cooked perfectly. Thank you

I Was looking for a certain candy and couldn’t find it so I had asked for help and this older women she was tallish and had short grey hair I’m pretty sure she was wearing glasses and she was extremely inpatient and told me to “find something else because I don’t have time for your shenanigans.” So as I was leaving another worker kinda tall I’m don’t remember his name but he went to the back and grabbed me the candy I tipped him my $2 change paid and left, I’m rating a 3 because I was treated improperly at first but was helped by a young man which I’m grateful for.
