I ordered pizza on the busiest night (Super Bowl Sunday) and my order was done so quickly! The pizza was awesome. Thank you Dominos for the speedy service!Parking: 8-10 spots

Called this store at 11:15 on 11/4/23. A woman named Stacy answered. I asked if they were still doing delivery at this time and she said technically yes but they wouldn't be delivering for the next hour to hour and a half. And I said okay so could i place the order for the later time then? She made is sound like the didn't want to do the work and restated that they close at one. According to the google page for this domino's it doesn't say they close at one, it says two. And if i waited an hour to an hour and a half for my order that's 12:30. So basically saying i have an incredibly small window if i want a pizza. Decided to take my business elsewhere as this entire interaction with Stacy left an awful taste in my mouth and I'd rather just get a Casey's pizza instead of dealing with this domino's again.

Pizza was decent and the lava cake was delicious but the bacon cheese taters tots were none edible for the fact that they were
Overall a decent pizza place. Order accuracy is almost 100% and a few times there was an error, they went above and beyond to make it right. My few complaints would be that this location usually charges extra for many toppings, they also tend to skimp on sandwich toppings so I avoid buying sandwiches here. You get mostly bread. No issues with pizza toppings. Also, it says they close at 1AM but if you order close to midnight they will sometimes call you to tell you they are about to close or just cancel your order without an explanation. My guess is they close at midnight.

I have ordered from this location exclusively for years because the pizza has been really good from here. I ordered a large MeatZZa pizza on Sunday night Oct 8th. I don't know what they have changed in their dough but the pizza dough was not full like it used to be. It was still tasty but I wouldn't ordered another one from here.

Messed my order up a week ago they send me a card saying sorry go to redeem it tonight get nothing but attitude from the female mgr keep up the good work dominoes

Order here if you want to be 100% disappointed. I ordered pizzas yesterday from this Domino's (Douglas Ave. In Urbandale) for a reward pizza party. I had 14 hungry kids to feed. After the store confirmed my order, they said they'd text me when they were 2 minutes away. Instead, they cancled my order BY E-MAIL with no reason, no text, and no phone call. I wasn't sitting in front of my computer, so I had no idea that the pizza wasn't coming until it was time for the lunch to start! Imagine showing up for a pizza party with no pizza. I tried to call for an explanation, they didn't answer their phone. I was never given an explanation or an apology. I will never order from this store again, and I suggest you don't either. Try Casey's, they actually show up.
