I just got a chai latte… literally chai and milk. Whole thing tasted like milk. The old lady running drive thru was extremely rude and rushing me. Will not be back.

This place could use better management. The staff was not efficient and the floors were not swept. Also the selection was a bit disappointing, there were no seasonal options.

Sat in the drive through at the speaker for 15 minutes as every other car took their food and went. I had over 4 cars pull in behind me all waiting as well without even a greeting to ask for one moment. Everytime I come back here to give it yet another try I’m severely disappointed with the service and burnt or fully out of stock food and coffee.

They are always out of everything. How do you run out of Avocado Spread at 9 am? Stopped going here for a while because of this and just recently started going again. Same issue every time… always out of multiple items I want.Most recent visit the croissant was burnt and the hash brown bites were soggy.Not worth it! Which is too bad cause I really love their avocado spread!

Been going nearly everyday for years now but the quality of service and quality of drinks has continuously been going down. I’m lucky if I get an actual macchiato when I order it.

This is the second time I walked in and waited for 10-15 minutes with no one showing up at the counter. No service whatsoever. So I walked out again and went across the street to Casey's to get coffee and donuts. Will never again go back. Would not recommend.

As a previous employee of Dunkin, I was very disappointed in my visit today. I understand at around noon items will be out but almost EVERYTHING was out. Eggs, toast for avocado toast, bagels & sweet & low. Everything we ordered was out, and when we settled for bagel minis, they only had one order of everything, and they were cold when we received them. Service was slow but with only 2 employees I understand. I’m not one to ever write a review but this was ridiculous.

Walked in. Waited 10 minutes. Walked out. Not one word from any employee. While we understand they were busy with drive thru, a quick acknowledgement and we would have waited for 20 minutes more. Three other groups left for same reason.

Drive-thru line was around the building so we went inside. No one was in there but understood that they were busy. No one waited on us for quite a while (until 3 more people came in and 1 left.) We ordered 2 doughnuts, a bagelful order & cold brew. The cold brew was awesome, the bagelfuls were cold & they didn't realize they forgot our doughnuts until I reminded them. All in all, I think it was a combination of understaffed, busy drive thru & possible new staff so I'm trying to be understanding & will give this location another chance.

Whoever was working the drive thru speaker was either having a bad day or was just a jerk to us. We asked for a second to review the menu and the guy responded rudely like "give you a second?" We started talking over one another and confused at what he was saying I told him it's hard to hear him. His response was "it's hard to hear you to so you just need to scream and I will scream at you" We said good bye and left! We are not Karen's but we also don't appreciate that rude attitude with terrible customer service. No thanks...I'll take my business elsewhere. We did nothing wrong by asking for a second. I will say this guy's must be new because I go here all the time and never ever had a male serve us, and never had something like this happened ever. I hope a manager sees this and teaches that young man about quality customer service and common respect.
