I was in the area for work and stopped by for a breakfast smoothie each day. I ordered fit green and added the vegan protein powder. It was very tasty and kept me coming back. When im back in town, I'll be grabbing some more fit greens. The customer service was also very friendly, and after a couple of days, they already remembered my name.

Bought a 10 pack of the meals from here and by literally the next day I started noticing an off smell specifically to all the pasta dishes. The cheese has gone old and every dish with pasta was floating in WAY too much water (a bacterial nightmare ?) . Such a shame honestly, I've enjoyed this place and spent a bunch of money here over the last year but there has been a sudden dip in the actual quality of the food. Disappointing.

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. The prices are the same as fast food but are quality and portion controlled. We usually pick up a total of six meals on a Monday and that’s three nights of healthy dinners for two. If you’re on the go, they have microwaves and indoor seating as well. Support this great local business!

Outstanding! Aaron Anderson, co-owner, donated overnight oats with trays of fresh fruit and coconut to fuel the hard working teachers and staff at Westridge Elementary for their highly demanding jobs. Aaron was wonderful to work with; incredibly thoughtful and generous. He included not only the delicious food, but also bowls and utensils. Derek was gracious to help load the donation into my vehicle first thing in the morning. Let me start by saying I have been happy with the food and service here for almost 5 years. I started with the fresh fit 5. After this plan was scraped I was promised a 20% discount which was honoured but lost with the new computer upgrade. Lately my meals have been going bad before the expiration date. I had to scrap 3 days of food last week. This week I am told my discount is not going to be honoured any more. Looks like I will have to start making my own meals. Thank you for your previous service.
Food is healthy and lists the macros. I need more protein in my diet. Lots of choices for every meal, snacks, and beverages. The smoothies are amazing as well!
