I have always had a wonderful experience at this location. They are always friendly helpful. The food is always fast even when there is a giant line they never take it out on me. There's probably my favorite McDonald's that I've ever been to in my life. You guys are rocking it. Oh yeah I did your survey.

I went through the drive through long after the inside was closed. There were people playing basketball inside, which I thought was weird.Got shorted on fries.

This is probably the highest rating foe a McDonald's. This location is well managed, well maintained, and the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. The Alex provided superb customer service. He was friendly and took his time. I struggled using the app and he took his time taking my order and helping me thru the process. A big thank you.The food was super fast. The fastest McDonald's I've been to. It was less then 3 minutes and the food was ready.The bathroom was super clean and well maintained.The Playland was clean and free of debris.Would certainly be 5 star if there's hand sanitizer available.Friendly, courteous staff, fast food, and clean facility. I highly recommend this location.

The food was good. Fries were fresh and tasty. This was the 2nd McDonald's we went to at dinner time, 6pm, that didn't have any shakes available because the ice cream machine "was being cleaned." Seems odd, and a poor business choice. I've heard the horror stores of the McFlurries not being available but never experienced it myself. It would seem that after the lunch rush, but before the dinner rush starts would be a better time to clean the machines.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a chocolate shake only to find out it’s half strawberry, took it in and asked for it to be remade worker tried to refuse to make it, after I told him I was allergic to strawberries. Says “whatever it just a little bit of strawberry”. Definitely will be calling corporate to complain about the store’s atmosphere and works.

So I give it a 3 because the food was good but they just can’t get it right. I know half the staff is high schoolers but get a work ethic bro. I stood in the store for 20 minutes before they found my online order. My boyfriend ordered 2 mcdoubles and got 2 singles, also an online order and STILL wasn’t ready when we got there. But again, the food was good and it was fresh.

Never go to this McDonalds! They can NOT get an order right. Five times (yes I'm a slow learner) I have ordered a fish sandwich with no tartar sauce and no cheese. EVERY time . . Every. Darn. Time . . . cheese. Today is the final straw. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches (no tartar sauce, no cheese---and the receipt clearly said "NO american cheese"), a strawberry cream pie, an apple pie and large diet coke. The diet coke and apple pie were fine. My strawberry cream pie was blueberry (neither one of us will eat blueberries) and both fish sandwiches had, you guessed it---CHEESE! I wasted almost $15 as we don't eat cheese or blueberries. We split the apple pie and diet coke. What a lunch. thanks McDonalds!

I ordered 2 fish sandwiches (no tartar sauce, no cheese), a strawberry cream pie, an apple pie, and a large diet coke. They got the diet coke and apple pie right. The rest---not so much. Got a blueberry pie instead of strawberry (we both hate blueberries) and both fish sandwiches had cheese on them. The receipt even says "No American Cheese"!!!! How hard is this order? This isn't the first time this has happened. Stay away from this Mcdonalds---far far far away unless you want to waste almost $15.

Our food was fine. The help should not be afraid to spend a few minutes cleaning the dining area when things slow down.
Consistently gets it wrong. Left cheese off my quarter pounder cheese twice now. Skimps on bacon, app says that a bacon quarter pounder has 3 half strips of bacon. There's only 2 half strips on them here.

Food was good, and chicken nuggets crispy, the only downside is that the fries aren't salted enough or salted too much, service was amazing with food ready within 5 minutes and very polite and patient waiters. The atmosphere was great but too much noise and not enough space to sit comfortably.

Just love it when you wait forever and get the wrong food/drink. Wasted time and money. Don't stop here if you are in any kind of hurry ie don't have 5+ minutes to wait at the drive thru

Waited in the drive through line with no cars in front of me and maybe 6 cars total in the parking lot. It was not busy. Arrived at 1045 wanting to order breakfast. our order was not asked for until 1105 at which point was told they stop selling breakfast at 11.. super disappointing
