Served a double cheese burger with what may have been cleaning chemicals. When I contacted the Franchisee, they did not care, refusing to answer simple questions like: “what cleaning chemicals do you use”, and “when did you clean the food preparation area”. Pretty dishonest operator that won’t admit when they’ve harmed a customer or even help them understand what harm may have been done!

This location has made my order correctly, and the food does taste great. My complaint doesn't go for that, since the food is at least hot & ready. But rather why so long of a wait? I had initially got my order being served roughly 20 minutes or so from the time I've paid and chose what I wanted to eat. That was my biggest gripe with here.

I don’t expect white glove service at the McDonald’s drive through but also don’t expect an argument. Started out great as the order taker apologized that they no longer have bagel sandwiches for breakfast. Then when she handed me a Dr Pepper I said “we ordered Diet Coke” She fixed it and as she handed it back said “I know you ordered Dr Pepper but whatever” Let’s see…everyone in my car heard me say Diet Coke. I’ve only been ordering Diet Coke for my wife for 22 years. Never ordered her a Dr Pepper…but…food was as expected

The last year or so this location has went down hill, incorrect orders cold fries, last visit was tonight forgot two sandwiches and my four orders of fries were all broken pieces and no full fries and containers were not full.
