Manager and staff used fowel language. Manager stuck his finger in a customer's soup and had a staff member serve it. Manager was eating and handling customers food. When approached Manager became offensive, loud, and demanded we leave instead of talk through the issue as a Manager should. Very unsanitary place to eat.

Stopped in for dinner last night with the family and had the most unpleasant experience with our server. She had a rude demeanor from the beginning when she took our drink order and forgot my husbands drink, we politely mentioned we had ordered another drink and she became all flustered and went well yeah I thought it was dumb there are 4 of you and you only ordered 3 drinks with a super rude tone.My husband asked about the signature sauce on the classic patty melt (mind you this was our first time coming here) we just wanted to know a little bit about it's flavor and she again became all flustered and snippy and goes well I dont know what it is or what it taste like do you want the ingredients list? He goes no I just wondered what it tasted like and she walked away, came back and blurted out what its called and goes do you want me to bring you the ingredients list so you know whats in it again to us. At this point we were over it and my husband said nope just give us a few minutes, she was so rude my young kids caught onto it.We ordered food was ok, warm at most and very small servings of sides. It was just overall not an enjoyable dinner with the family at all.

Huge salad bar here. Very clean, fresh and tasty. Look at my photos and video to see what's all on the salad bar. Also had the Coconut Shrimp, very tasty as well. Our server was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Server said on Wednesday the salad bar is like $5.99 or something insane like that. I thought WOW, killer deal on a salad bar of this quality. I got the shrimp with a salad bar and shrimp were $12.99, and salad bar was only $5.99. Great value!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible lot and sidewalk. Had someone at the table beside us that was in a wheelchair.

The menu looks great lots of options but when you get your food it's not that great. They should tone down the menu and use different pictures. The food looks nothing like the menu. My New York strip was over cooked. The shrimp was small and over fried. The half rack of ribs looked like 1/8 of a slab. We very disappointed about my choice to eat there. Won't be back or recommend this place.

Awful experience sent food back and didn't take it off bill then decided to use rewards for it they took off bill but raised price on different item so was same total food there been going down for a minute won't be

I ordered a meal and the waiter asked if I wanted swiss or American cheese, I said Swiss cheese. When I received my bill the waiter charged me for the next higher priced meal. I asked the waiter why I was charged a higher priced meal and he said I had ordered it, my Wife even told the waiter I did order the higher priced meal and the waiter said he was sorry, but he was still charging me the higher price meal anyway, even though I didn't order it. The meat didn't taste good at all and the french fries were soggy and cold. The lemonades were watery. We will not return to this restaurant!

We have eaten at Ruby Tuesdays several times in the past and have been very satisfied. Today was very disappointing, service was awful, no drink refills and never checked on us after bring food. I had to ask to get a check. She paid no attention to our needs and spent her time eating and speaking to the manager. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. My burger and fries were excellent as was salad bar. Soup was disappointing and when she came to bring check we told her so. She offered us a to go order of soup but by that time it was too late.
