We walked in and we were not seated. We had to order at the register. The menu was nothing compared to the original Wahlburgers on Mill Civic. The menu only had hamburgers and chicken. They were not named after Paul or Mark or Donnie. Their story was not there. At the original you were seated and your order taken. Just a huge let down. If I was. Wahlburgers I would be very upset.

Was there on a Thursday night with a decent size group and even though they were short staffed, everything moved smoothly.Parking: Since it shares a lot with Hy-Vee, there is plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp close to the entrance and has handicapped parking right up front.
Went to Walburgers in Urbandale Hy Vee. No service had to go to the host station to place our order. Got two burgers with onion rings and drinks. Gave us drink cups and had get our own drink. Onion rings were not done and very greasy, hamburgers were average definitely not worth the price. Very disappointing. Don’t recommend going there!

Always a good time! They have Trivia on Thursday nights which always has me coming back. Cooper the bartender is always very kind and greet us every time he sees us! Best Wahlburgers in the area!

I don't get why one of the best run grocery stores worldwide (Hy-vee) is messing around with literally the worst burger joint around !. Gave Walhburger 3 chances but any fast food spot has much better burger including a one dollar menu.

I could not have been more disappointed with the food or service we received the morning of 10/8/22.Everything ordered was cold—Nutella Banana Waffle, biscuits and gravy, over medium eggs, pancakes, and bacon all cold.We also found multiple hairs in our meals.The waitress was missing for most of the dining experience. After placing our order, we had to fill our coffee cups twice. I had to ask two other servers for the bill and send the assigned server to the table. In doing so it took 10 minutes for our server to come out with the check and another 5 minutes to return with our bill. With a “small employee discount” off because of the cold food.The hostess was the only bright spot; she sat us promptly and got our coffee and water upon arrival.The restaurant was not busy, seemed fully staffed, and other patrons had to go to the waitress area to fill their drinks/coffee too.Bad service all around.I would strongly urge those considering dining here to look elsewhere.

Came in with my boys for breakfast. Waited five minutes to be seated never saw a hostess. Asked bar tender if we should just get a seat, she said she would seat us. Waited a few more minutes she didn’t come so we left. If it takes that long to get seated I don’t want to imagine how long it takes to order and get drinks/food. Not going back.
