Went in for lunch last Saturday and Emily was our server, she was amazing! Drinks were always full, and we always had what we needed. The three cheese chicken penne is to die for!

Out of salad. No hot tea. Chicken Alfredo was cold and arrived 20 minutes after we received our entrees. 5 minutes later we received a bread stick. It was not busy at all.
Closing at 9pm on a weekend when they close at 12.

Awkward greeting waited 15 minutes with 3 other tables seated in the restaurant. No big deal usually. Wait another 35 after ordering our appetizer to get it. Ordered wings we got tiny bit of sauce in chicken nuggets. Cook comes to another that’s sitting at the bar and signals to go to the back and smoke. Haven’t gotten our food yet neither another table. Halfway through eating our sub par meal we finally get the drinks we ordered at the beginning. Mine was not great. Not to mention the table across from us found a BUG IN HIS BEER! Multiple tables left before getting their food or even ordering. Waitress was v new. Under staffed was the excuse for everything, which I understand but they had 3 servers with 4 tables not anything crazy. the staff that is there doesn’t care, overwhelmed, or both. Spend money elsewhere.

Stay away at all cost!!!! Stood at doors for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. We finally left as did several groups before us. Staff looked like they were actively hiding and didn't want to be there. Feel bad they clearly don't have managers but could've still acknowledged us. How much longer until this location is closed for good?

Me and my daughter waited 30+minutes to be asked what drinks we wanted which I had to stop the waiter for that to be known . Food came out cold sent it all back still not rite. I don't eat pork however bacon was all through my pasta. Honey pepper Chicken for the pasta and Chicken for the appetizer was old and cold as well as mozzarella sticks. Sent the food back still came out cold . Sent it back again to be put In to go plates . Which they still forget my beard sticks and chicken was old and not coated in honey pepper sauce. Just a bad experience. It was afternoon which I thought would be a good time to go . I really want my food replaced or money back however I just won't go again
