They missed my Whopper came back to get it and I was joking saying I need a piece of pie for my time the manager said we will give you whopper. Wow never coming back here again.maybe they don’t care about customer service.

My chicken sandwiches were burnt tasting and very dark I always get them from there tasted like the grease has not been cleaned in a long time and it was not hot like it was fresh for me coming at 5:15pm it should of been freshly cooked they were not even busy only 1 other car in drive through
Ordered through the app and choose pickup inside with a time selected 40 minutes ahead. I get there 40 minutes later and they tell me that they don't start the orders until you get there and tell them that you are there ??♂️No other burger king operate this way and it makes no sense why even have an option to select a time if it's not going to be ready when you get there.Soda machine was out of many flavors.So I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be made. Food was mediocre at best, definitely not that fresh and fries were soggy/burt at the same time. This location used to be good but now it's trash

When you order something it’s supposed to have bacon on it and there’s no bacon at all. Get when you walk in that somebody else wait on me because the guy taking order out to a car and they say tell him to go somewhere else makes me never wanna visit ever again pathetic excuse of a place to eat went downhill when they changed it I really want to talk to this owner

I ordered a double whopper no onion and no tomatoes. It was hot and exactly like I ordered it.
Every time i have stopped here, the wait times are 25 minutes or more, even if there is only 1 person infront of you. The food is ice cold. Employees always look stoned and pissed off, leaning on the counters... where food is prepped! Finally requested manager to call us back, never received a phone call. And please don't tell me to go to your website, been there done that. No follow up there either.
