Hello, I went around dinner time today, had had a california burger with fries and a concrete, well I didn't received my straw or spoon, so when I searched into my bag and wasn't there I asked the young ladie for a straw and she gave .e additude and dint give me a straw which is right by the window. You need to retrain her or fire her

Their burgers are very tasty. No lettuce or tomatoes but that was fine with me. I ordered grilled onions in mine. Cheese curds are delicious. Friendly staff.

Great burgers, fries and amazing custard!!! Better than Culver's as of recently! Y'all have gotten a lot better!! My favorite once again!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair/Rollator compatible booths inside. Roomy Handicap parking if you have wheelchair, Ramp, Rollator or other large mobility equipment so that's a huge plus.
Great food , the lobby could have been cleaner but all in all a very good meal

As if the service wasn't bad enough, my food was literally sitting on the counter – not in a warmer or anything, just cooling down apparently. It tasted at least 24 hours old by the time I got home with it 20 minutes later even though it was sitting on a heated seat the whole time.Also had to go back in and ask for my $7 beverage, which may as well have been rocket science.Perhaps don't assume every online order is ubereats. Unlikely that I'll come back to this place in the future.
