Delivery driver gave us the wrong food, he said he called and told them, meanwhile I have been calling non stop to get them to answer and they took their phone off the line and it just beeps at me. Now I have to wait to file a dispute with my bank! Seems like FRAUD to me! Never again! Do NOT order from them!!

Where does one even start?!? The restaurant is always dirty. The grill looks like it barely gets cleaned, floors are sticky, actually anything you touch in there is sticky and filthy. Ice machine is always out of ice, I'm actually surprised when it isn't. I frequent this restaurant at least once a week because I like the food, everything else needs work. There have been many times, like yesterday where the staff don't keep up on cooking food and restocking anything so they run out. Then they announce to customers they are out of such and such food. This happened last night. No rice, chicken or steak. There was food splattered all over the place behind the counter and on the plastic between the food and customers. The staff have no care or pride in their job and even when the manager is there she isn't much to brag about either. Nothing changes when she is there. Tickets are coming out of online orders, customers coming in, door dash waiting and waiting on orders with no time given to them, just whenever they seem to get to it. Tortilla press wasn't pressing correctly and no one knew how to fix it so customers that got the last but of rice and chicken got a crappy tortilla shell. The guy with long dreads hanging out all over was greeting people. As soon as he turned around all you could see was his entire butt in his underwear his pants were sagging that bad. Another girl came up to talk to him with ear bud cords hanging out of her ears. Absolutely no one cares and the few good workers should be kept and everyone else let go or made to come to work presentable, wearing hats and hair coverings, not on your cellphone and wearing ear buds. Clean and disinfect that place. Fill the ice in the machine or get a new one. Keep someone cleaning, doing dishes, one on register that can actually run it. Have 2-3 making orders. When there is structure and staff MADE to follow rules then the place would be more inviting. People wouldn't be turned away cause those working can't keep up with cooking and restocking items. It was 8pm last night when I visited and tried to get food. I left tired from my long day, hungry, and disgusted from the lack of well...everything at this restaurant. Get it together!

My colleague and I both ordered meals with black beans in them-tasted like they had been ashing their cigarettes in them. Disgusting. I picked them out and the container smelled like an ashtray. Never again.

I don't normally eat pancheros but thought I would try it again. I got a cheese and a steak quesadilla. It was delicious and I will definitely go again. The service was quick and the atmosphere was inviting. The restaurant was clean and orderly.

Some of the workers were polite, but my burrito tasted like bong water. I double and triple checked to make sure I wasn't just smelling one of the workers. I threw it in the trash after one bite and went to Applebee's. Grossest food experience I've had to date.

subpar less than Qdoba. Qdoba doesn't weigh better. Will not be going back due to the quality of the food.
My family of 5 was there October 28th 2023 at 630 pm and all the lights were off except the kitchen lights and the air was on. It was already very cold that night and we were dining in along with several other tables there being sat at. We ate almost our entire meal with no lights on and wearing our winter coats and about 10 minutes before we left one of the workers came and turned on a couple lights, not all of them. They clearly were trying to appear closed and attempting to get nobody to dine in if they did manage to come in. There was no ice and no lids for the cups. Its hit or miss if cedar falls or Waterloo is gonna be the better choice. They get worse and worse every time we go there.
Employees were very rude and often walked away while we were ordering or ignored what we were saying. I had to ask for rice 3 times before he put it on. They have to bribe customers to leave good reviews.
