This is a nice Panera. The parking lot usually looks packed but there is always plenty of seating. So happy Cedar Falls has a Panera!

Panera is where you want to have good food and enjoy some peace. I do, however, see them losing some quality aspects, almost as if Panera is becoming more of a fast food style restaurant and not what it originally stood for. It's still one of the better ones out there and miles ahead of McDonalds, Burger King

Disappointed in my food I purchased paid $13 for two sandwiches and this one is hard as a rock and tastes burnt and looks like bread is a week old not very happy about this would not recommend. In addition the drive through wait was 20 minutes.

Is there a way to give 0 stars? Couldn’t even figure out how to get a fruit cup out without an employee throwing a fit and chucking a to go box at the wall. I watched 4 employees ignore a man at the counter looking to order.Like wouldn’t look his way or greet him because they didn’t want to have to help him. I’ve never seen worse customer service or morale in a business that serves customers as a business practice. I suggest their corporate office investigate their behavior.

drive thru Service is lacking. Severely. Ordered through the app went thru drive thru waited in line for 30 minutes thrn was told since im 1 min early i needed to pull around because people who ordered after me needed to get their food first. its now almost 10 minutes AFTER the pick up time and no food. and ive now been waiting for over 45 minutes.

Ordered Sunday morning at drivethru and waited more than 20 minutes at the window with no explanation and the employee kept looking back at us from inside and ignored us. Drove away without food. Terrible service.
