I decided to do this review because of one young man that gives….wait for it…..Exceptional Service each and every time I’ve ordered. The receipt says Nikolae ( I can’t pronounce it so not sure if male or female) but I can describe the young man…picture a care bear with a little Afro and chubby cheeks short and husky light-skinned all positive attributes. Follow that description and you will find him..anywho. He is always patient, professional, clean, helps you with your order if your unsure, makes sure you have condiments and napkins in your bag, his mannerisms are very good. I hope management realizes a great employee when one is on thee books because he is one…keep that up you will make a great leader, super or even manger. It’s nice to come to a place and be treated so well he is just awesome.Thanks so much for each time you got my orders right and was patient.

It's Wendy's. It's pretty good for a fast food burger place, chicken is juicy. Patty's are usually on the dryer side.
Good food always at Wendy's. I got their Frosty card for $3. Now I can get the small Frosty for free every time I eat there for a year.

I work early mornings, sometimes ill get a load coming through waterloo and like to stop at wendys for breakfast. Seems like almost every time I get the chance to stop at wendys they never open at the time they are supposed to. This morning I was there, waiting for them to open at 6:30 but was told they won't be open until 7. Like I said, this is not the first time. I don't usually leave reviews but I'm tired of them not opening at the posted time.
