A friend and I went to to Culver’s in Waukee for a late lunch i’m gonna start by saying I can tell our food was made to order because it was hot but our meal had no flavor. It was very much so bland. Our fries didn’t have any seasoning on them. I went to the car wash debating if I wanted to call them to let them know because we spent a lot of money so eventually, I decided to call to let her know the manager wanted me to bring the food back because she wanted to show her new cook. I proceeded to tell the manager is not the presentation. It was the taste, she was being very difficult of understanding. I let her know that we was at the car wash and I have already put the rested of food that we did not eat into the trash can. And since the car wash was close by the restaurant, she said she wanted to come over and get it out the trash because it’s important for her to show her cook. I told the manager We ate some of the food and due to lack of taste, we didn’t finish it so it wouldn’t be wise for her to go in the trash to get the food because it’s been eating on. And it’s not sanitary to take food that’s been eaten on and already in the trash back to her restaurant. At this point in our conversation, I’m feeling not understood so I told her feel free to come get the food out the trash and reimburse me my money by the time I left the car wash, she still haven’t arrived to get the food and I wasn’t about to dig my hand in the trashcan to get it for her to take it but trust me I really wanted to just to see her reaction my ticket number was 152. I called corporate and made a complaint Will not be returning back to this location and by the way, I called to see if she ever went back to get the food so I can ask for my money back. They must have caller ID she didn’t pick up.

The food and service are always great!Parking: There is plenty of parking with wheelchair accessibility.Kid-friendliness: Great family-friendly atmosphere. The frozen custard is a hit with my kids for a dessert.Wheelchair accessibility: The dining room has plenty of room for a wheelchair to get through. The bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.
My curbside order was placed in someone else’s car and the staff did not communicate to make they delivered the order to the correct person. The general manager did not do anything to rectify the situation either.

Helped us find a great booth for our group, remembered my son's name when we placed our order and even gave him a little gift. Thanks for the kindness! Special shout out to AC, who took such good care of us.
They forgot my sons meal, when I called they said they would mail me compensation. It's now been 3 weeks and nothing. When I called again the computer was "down" and the manager could not look into it.

We are usually happy with this Culver's, but I clearly ordered a delux single combo and only received a sandwich and was told I would have to pay for fries. Should admit you made a mistake and give the customer their fries.

Hard to find something good about this place as I found hair in my food on more than one occasion (My wife loves this place) and the orders are NEVER correct. They are fast like most places in Iowa but rarely do they get the food edible (They precook everything so the burgers are not as juicy).
