I came to Google to get their phone number to give them a call about the quality of food I just received, but judging from the reviews they do not care. My chicken was so dry and completely inedible. The guac was visibly brown in the container they were scooping from. I don’t know how you continually have the same bad feedback and don’t do anything to fix it. There’s too many other good places to eat in that area to waste $15 on garbage.

I ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken which they charged me $2.25 additional and I definitely did not get extra chicken. The chicken was cold, hard, tasted horrible and dry like it was sitting out all day. I ate it anyway because I didn’t have anything else but now I’m worried about getting food poisoning! I definitely recommend avoiding this place at all costs! I would give zero stars if I could!

Just plain bad, I ordered via Doordash thought I'd get the jordan creek location I was disappointed threw away the bowl after 2 or 3 bites. It's bad when I instantly knew it was from waukee location because of quality and bad queso

Okay i understand stand not opening because of weather but it does make one mad to see three employees in the store a full two hours before they say they'd open. So its supposed to open at 10:30am and i was told that they wont open until 1pm but why are there employees there getting paid to do nothing i mean why be i the building a full two hours before it opens. I dont know but i do know that i wont be going to another pancheros anytime soon.

It's unbelievable this location is still open. Gave it another shot after a long hiatus and it's just... bad. The rice was old and hard, the steak was off, and the sauteed veggies were raw. Skip this and go to the Jordan Creek location.
