I love Blaze but was disappointed after receiving my take out order. My co-worker picked up multiple orders for our office and when I opened my pizza it was not how I ordered it. Toppings missing and toppings added I didn't want, not sure anyone actually read the order ticket.

So as someone who worked for blaze and helped open the one in Iowa City Ia nd Burbank CA I will say this is one of the worst locations I been too. I have allergies an expressed it to them and still had issues. They don't follow portions. They just over rush to just be done. I will say they they were nice employees but definitely need some training. Weren't changing gloves when they dropped items on floor. Very messy and could have easily been cleaned!Vegetarian options: Loads of vegetables and options to choose from.Dietary restrictions: They have many options of crust an low sugar items.Kid-friendliness: Blaze is a great place to bring kids an let them have fun building their custom pie
Pizza is undoubtedly good. However, a word of caution; ensure you watch as they create your pizza like a hawk, especially when you’ve added ingredients. 50% of the time standard Ingredients are forgotten, 80% of the time any add ons will be forgotten. I asked for pepperoni to be added, watched them write it down, assumed everything was good, and realized after it was complete that there was no pepperoni.

Underwhelming and overpriced. The pizza toppings in the containers did not look fresh. It was around $35 for 2 pizzas and sad looking salad. I would not eat here again.

Recently they always burn my pizza. It used to be really good the new manager is no good . Whole new young crew that are trained badly I'll never go back and I bet this location goes dead becauseof poor management and training. So sad!!

Food was great. The guys making my pizza were good, but during checkout, the lady cashing me out tried to shame me into leaving a tip. I'm sorry, but that seems ridiculous considering I came into the establishment, they didn't have to deliver it. There was nothing extraordinary they did to warrant a tip. They were doing the job they were supposed to do....and getting paid to do it.

Tried Blaze pizza for the first time. It was a nice pizza place and not too expensive. I thought they were a little light on the pizza toppings,but the pizza tasted good. Four people can eat for about $11 so it won't break the bank.Kid-friendliness: If your kids like pizza, then this is a good place to take them.Parking: The entrance is off the main mall parking lot.
