This Burger King is absolutely terrible. I have been there twice in the last three days both of which I have left unhappy. Tonight was next level disappointment and disrespect though. The cashier an African American dude with dreads was working the drive through window, I made two orders one for me and my husband and one for my mother, I used a coupon for both orders as they were separate and I received them in the mail for use. I was charged full price for my order and the guy took my coupon no receipt till I asked and I asked for the coupon back as he didn’t use it for what reason I can’t say why but he told me to give the food back that I PAID FOR. He was not going to return my coupon either. Not only did he rip me off but was rude argumentative and just straight up disrespectful. The other night my total was rounded up for a “donation” without my knowledge or consent as well. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL BE VERY VERY SORRY.

I stopped coming here until recently. One day I stopped by and holy heck. I swear it's a whole new crew. Something changed I know that and everyone there deserves a raise because they are polite, fast, and efficient.

Very friendly staff. Clean dining room but kinda boring with nothing on the walls.
Got the wrong order and then called tonight to see if they can just refund my card. Said I’d have to come in when a manager was in tomorrow. Said we had to get going in the am. Was brushed off and asked how come they couldn’t just refund my card I paid with and they said they would and I was hung up on before I could even say thank you. Food wasn’t fresh, fries were cold. Order bacon king got a whopper with everything on it.

couldn't get my order right, bad food, bad service, and the ambiance is trash. told me to "slow down" after saying at least 5 things slowly that i wanted to order, then told me he got none of the things i said. horrible restaurant, don't come here. also got food poisoning from the chicken fries

Got a whopper with cheese combo and chicken fries for my daughter, all of the food was inedible. Bun was dry and stale burger pattie was cold and dry, fries smelled bad...worst meal I ever got at any burger
