Unfortunately I had a meal a week ago and the chicken was raw, I called spoke with a manager they took my info and said it would be replaced on my next visit, today’s manager didn’t believe me even though I had pictures I had to pay for the food I asked was it done he told me yes it was cooked 15-30 minutes ago I was so upset I just pulled off.

We ate in the mall. The mall was packed, so we ordered online. So that worked out. They shorted us a sandwich, but when I brought that to their attention, they corrected it.

I haven’t really ever had a good experience here. The ice cream cones are pathetic, and every single cookie is burnt. Burnt to the point where it is rock hard and inedible. It’s embarrasing to serve that kind of stuff here. The nuggets are usually cold, and the fries are stale. Worst location in the area by far.

As a CFA team member myself, I am extremely disappointment in the quality of the food and the way the team members alongside the team leader handled the situation. Back of House was laughing due to the fact that I returned a CFA Original Sandwich back to them because not only was the chicken burnt and hard to bite into, the buns were not buttered, so it was dry and the burger had no pickles. In no shape or form was I being rude to these team members, but instead of speaking to me about the situation they proceed to speak in Spanish debating on giving me a new sandwich and be rude about it, in a language they thought I couldn't understand. Keep in mind, the place wasn't busy and I understand their teens, but in TX we would never handle a situation like this the way these team members and team leader did. How sad to see the store managers allows such behavior.

My family likes Chick-fil-A, so I've picked up food here more than a few times. The waffle fries tend to be a bit undercooked for my taste and I personally prefer Culver's and BK chicken, but the food is usually ok here.On my most recent visit to the drive thru, long story short, they shorted me a sandwich and 7 days and 5 phone calls later, I'm still waiting for a "free" sandwich to appear in the app. Note that this is not compensation for inconvenience - it is the sandwich I paid for and never received.

I come and get lunch from here often on my lunch breaks so today before my shift I decided to order on the app and pick it up for the first time so when I arrived I told the associate what I ordered and they said it wasn’t ready but I could clearly see that is was so because I told the associate I ordered a salad and not a market salad she assumed that it wasn’t my order and corrected me about the salad she was very disrespectful and unprofessional
