Totally understand why the Pancheros nearby had such great ratings while this chipotle has less than 4 stars. They gave me the worst food pickup experience ever.Ordered something at 5:10. Arrive at store at 5:18 because estimated food ready time is 5:20. Waited for 20 mins. Nothing. Asked the guy in front of me that got his food how long he waited. He said thirty mins. Wait another 10 mins thinking I would get my food at 30 mins. Nothing. Went up asking about my order. They’re saying they don’t have my order. I showed my app and email and receipt and all proof that I paid and ordered more than half an hour ago. Nothing. Went up two more times before demanding them to make the food I already paid for. One staff says my food might have been picked up by other people on mistake (doubt it. Cause I arrive before food ready time and the only other guy waiting for app order was waiting right next to me for 20 mins). I had to went up four times to get my steak bowl without steak. Sofritas bowl without sofritas and missing a quac side. I left the store after waiting for the food for 70 mins and found out my order has no steak no sofritas and no quac. I throw away the food and got chick-fil-a next door instead. (Side note: a friend of mine coincidentally came in and waited with me for 35 mins for his order and had to leave for a meeting without ever getting his food)

This location needs to be temporarily shut down, thoroughly cleaned, managers fired and employees retrained. Visited around 6:00 PM on March 24th. Plenty of employees on hand, but only one had a clue how to do their job. Most of them were arguing with each other in front of customers. The "gentleman" behind the register (who appeared to be the shift manager) looked like he hadn't bathed in days. I spent the next 18 hours vomiting and other "things." Used to be a good Chipotle location. No more.

Food is good and all but their service is terrible. I went here the other day and there was a line with 10+ people. There were 6 workers, one preparing the bowls and burritos, one at the register, one doing mobile orders, and one cooking. There was a whole worker just wandering around when he could’ve help make the bowls. That same worker mistyped my friends meal and charged him 15 extra dollars and when he was confronted he skidadled away. Chipotle do better please.

Idk if I should even be giving a three for the food. The meat for my burrito bowl is ice cold. Person that was “serving” me did not want to be there at all. They didn’t greet me or anything just starred at me until I said something. Only one person knew what was going on. She was actually helpful. The cashier had no clue whose order was whose and that’s because the person helping me just kept bunching everything together and wasn’t marking what was what. The cashier was about to throw a persons to go order away because he didn’t want to take the lid off to see what it was. The girl had to tell him to check. It was a disaster. This location has really gone downhill.

We visited this location today and found it disgusting in many ways. The glass doors and windows were covered in grime and Hand prints. Obviously not cleaned in some time. Drink station was very dirty and not maintained as well as the bathrooms.The kitchen was messy and most likely not up to health code. To too it all off our daughter found 2 hairs in her food. ?. The location was a little busy . None of the workers were wearing hair nets or gloves. Our overall experience was poor at best. I am sorry we like Chipotle but this location needs a deep cleaning and trained how to contain hair from whoever is in food service area.

I’ve been to this chipotle several times, consistently poor service. They are behind on their mobile orders and their in person orders, and the food isn’t quite what I get at other locations. Hoping they improve!

I went to Chipotle in mills civic road today and very disappointed about the customer service there. I don’t know what the standard of the food measurement is but my rice bowl was all empty and they was no chicken in it. I paid almost $11 for my bowl.

Very disappointed. Always go to this store.Ordered delivery for lunch and my food arrived very under cooked. Rice was crunchy & the bigger issue is that the CHICKEN and steak was nearly raw. I am pregnant so this is especially a HUGE safety concern. I contacted the store to speak with a manager and I was given to somebody who said their name was AB- After a long pause. I don't know if they just didn't want to give me their name or they were lying about it. I called because this is a major health and safety concern and I wanted it to be brought to their attention. Their response when advising them : you've got raw meat leaving your store and being serviced to pregnant people and other people that may get sick was : oh yeah I noticed a few minutes ago & put it back on the grill -sorry. With truly no sincerity in the tone. Raw meat is a HUGE concern. Being so nonchalant is also a concern.

Always love my local chipotle. I can count on them for having harm reducing ingredients, fresh and consistent service. One thing I would add is some more salt overall. But I’m not too picky. Another change I wish corporate would do is mini burritos. I can never finish a whole huge burrito. They are just way too big. So I feel bad wasting a qtr of it each time.I’m also a 175 pound man, and still cannot come close to finishing these huge burritos. Just too much. I know local stores can’t do much to change that. But maybe someday corporate will

We went here for my husband to get lunch.There looked to be two employees working. There was a line of about 8 people when we walked in. We walked out 20 minutes later after only two people in line had been served. Only one of the employees was making food for both the line inside and the takeout and mobile orders. The mobile orders were not started until the person walked in to pick it up.The other employee seemed to be cleaning the kitchen area.The lobby was very dirty. Almost all tables were dirty.There was no music playing and the atmosphere was tense and awkward.We went down the road to Pancheros and were served right away with no line and very friendly people. We were able to get our order, eat, and leave in the same about of time we had spent at Chipotle.

Your staff is absolutely so rude! They can’t greet you with a Hi or a smile. They act annoyed that they have to do their job and get your food. And your food is just as bad. And the place was so dirty. I didn’t even get enough rice to cover the bottom of my bowl. I mean how cheap is rice for you anyway. Chipotle has gone so downhill.
