We usually go to Dunkin twice a week and leave empty handed 95 percent of the time because they have no friggin donuts. I usually go for the same donuts, double chocolate and chocolate long John. Get it together.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for about 5 years now, I love them! My order has always been great, but really it’s the service I get. Everyone who works there is always SO nice and always so quick. Thanks to everyone who works there, you guys are amazing! :)

New dunkin customer, my friend told me to try the cookie butter cold brew. I love all the staff here my order hasn’t been wrong since I started coming. Drive thru is fast and mobiles are done fast aswell. (Obviously don’t show up right after you place it show up like 10-15 mins after you order it- it’s called order ahead for a reason not order outside and walk inside) food is also good, love the bagel bites ?

I love their iced coffee. I might be addicted, but it's okay. Everytime I go through the drive-thru the employees are super nice. They make me feel like they mean it when they tell me to have a good day.

90% of the time I order online for the next AM or try to, it gets cancelled or the system says they aren't doing orders though they are open. I'm really getting frustrated, if you can't do online orders then don't advertise you can. Half the time when my items arrive anything hot is cold, as the system also chooses one of the furthest Dunkin places from me. This also needs updated. I blame Dunkin tho since it's their food/drinks being csncelled & their orders being refused. Apparently they have learned how to turn off GrubHub orders. Three times in a row, canceled no reason regardless of delivery time or items or tip. Seems to be open via DoorDash with no issues.

I've lived in waukee for a few months now, but i've been going to dunkin for years for my everyday coffee, i've never had a horrible experience. until i came here. I order the same drink every time, & its never the same! It always has something that's not right about it. the first few times it was perfect. but it consistently got worse, service also went down. & employees are rude majority of the time.

Ordered 100 donut holes on 3pd, only got about 60. This store must not be able to count to 100. Poor. I spent almost $40 for this mess.

I come here multiple times a week and always order the same thing. The iced caramel craze latte. They gave me the wrong thing today, when i inquired i was told that was what i ordered..... they then proceeded to tell me that I ordered wrong. Lol. No one else has ever had an issue with my order before. The menu has ONE "Caramel Craze" anything. Been coming since April several times a week and usually have a great experience but this was NOT it. They then repeated to me to make sure I order right the next time. Lol. Starbucks takes too long but they at least don't give lip when they mess up.
