Our server Nisha was absolutely incredible. She was always busy but made sure to provide lots of refills and checked in on us at all the right times without it being too much. We had a wonderful time and our server certainly was a big part as will as the cooks!

Food was good but they need to pratice better cleaning methods there food cold bars a lot of food and sauces mixed. I suggest you leave a person there cleaning all night

I want to share my experience. We are traveling had kids and it was late, we were so grateful Huhot was open. I know is 8:45pm and they close at 9pm. Knowing it was late we ask if it was O.k. to eat they said "Yes". In the end we pay to continue our service and the other lady asked why we didnt tip. They serve all watera and we got 1 plate. In the end I didnt get white rice and we wanted to leave as soon as we wanted As we were leaving the other lady was mad 'cause we didn't tip. She called us rude but I honesty believe that Tip is optional. So wasn't sure what she was talking about. That was so rude for her ask such a thing. Never going to that place ever again.

My daughter and I always love putting together what we'll eat at HuHot. The food it always hot and fresh. The cooks always clean the grill for my gluten free space, which is great. The grill is generally cleaned pretty good and I have never had problems after. I wish there were more gluten-free options for seasoning because I am not a fan of the peanut and the Kung pao is really spicy! The wait staff have been very quick and attentive. The interior carpets, etc could use updating or some deep cleaning, maybe both, but the tables have been washed down and cleaned everything we have been there. We will definitely return. It's one of my daughter's favorite places to eat out.Dietary restrictions: I get nervous about how the grill is cleaned and whether it will be cleaned good enough for me and my reactions to gluten, but have never had a problem and have never gotten sick, so what they are doing must be working. Gluten-free soy sauce is available upon request, and that's what I use for most of my seasoning since Kung pao sauce is so spicy, and I don't care for the peanut sauce.

Everything about our visit was amazing! The staff was attentive, fast paced, and very doen to earth. Our waitress, Brooke, was AMAZING!!!!! She never let us our glasses get empty, our messy plate sit on our table for too long, and every time she table touched, she has a huge smile on her face! It's because of her we will keep come back!Vegetarian options: Everything tells you if it is vegetarian safe or not! It's awesome!Kid-friendliness: They were so sweet to all of the kiddos that came in while we were there!
