I've been here twice now. Got very I'll both times. So did everyone in my family. At first we thought it was a coincidence. But after the second time, we were sure it was contaminated food. Won't be going back a third time.

It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a sandwich. Everytime I’ve gone to this location it’s been a 20+ minute wait in the drive through. Only star is for the gluten free options.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free sandwiches are made on a separate line to eliminate cross contamination

Sandwich is waaaaaaaay too skimpy. I love Jersey Mikes and this location should be avoided at all costs.
They do not do it the Jersey Mikes way. Staff should be sent back to point pleasant to learn how to make subs.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with the soft drink. The soft drink machine was out of syrup and did not stop running. The girl from the counter simply told me to push back the metal part behind the dispenser which ended up with me getting my hand soaked. I was with a co worker who had ordered at the same time as me and he finished his food while I was still waiting. It took 30mins for my regular sandwich to be done. When I open it, there were onions slices that were so hard that I couldn’t bite through or break them when they slid out of the sandwich. A sandwich that is ALWAYS made with chopped onions…. I also asked for jalapeños that were not there. I didn’t complain at time the time because I had 15mins to eat and be back to work nor did I have the confidence that they would make it correctly. It is yet another establishment where you tip before getting your food made only to have it come out poorly made and wrong by high schoolers who would much rather stand around in the back cackling than actually do their job.

I don't understand why they have a bad rating. Be grateful that it is being made fresh! Atleast you know it wasn't sitting in a warmer like McDonald's. Thank you all for a great meal yesterday!

I do love a Jersey Mike’s sub. I was thrilled to have a location open up near me (WDM, IA). I have been several times and have been disappointed with how long it takes through the drive through. It has improved from my experience earlier this year of waiting over 20 minutes as the only car in the line. Today, however, my sub came loaded with Mayo, but nothing else. Very disappointed.

Didnt receive our entire order. Nothing quite upsets an entire staff like an order coming back with half of their meals missing. Accidents happen, no one answering the phone after repeatedly calling for 10 minutes. I've been to these locations around the city and country and this location needs better management.

Don’t believe the wait times online. Ordered online, said 15 minutes to prep. We showed up in a rush to pick up; waited another 20 minutes. Apparently it takes 35 minutes to make a sandwich? If so, that’s fine but don’t tell people it’ll be ready in half that time.
