not sure when this happened, but drove by this location today (6/13/21) and it's closed down, emptied out, and exterior signage has been removed.

I love Jimmy John’s but I feel compelled to leave a review for this location because it seems like they are really struggling. Out of multiple JJ locations within a 10-mile radius they are the only ones who seem to still be majorly affected by the pandemic. From closing at 5 pm every day (when most people get off work/supper time), to sitting in the drive thru for 5+ min without anyone coming to the speaker when they are open (and ultimately leaving because of this), to having by far the sloppiest made sandwiches, the final straw that moved me to leave a review was being completely out of French bread on a Saturday?! I have never in my 10+ years of being a regular customer experienced this kind of mismanagement and malfunction at a Jimmy John’s. You are definitely better off going to another location nearby. I really hope things change as we get a better handle on the pandemic.

Worst jimmy johns ever. I live 3 minutes away and placed my order 50 minutes ago and no sign of anything. I called the store and they said he was “on his way” and it’s been 10 minutes and still nothing. Never ordering from here again. Incredibly unprofessional and irritating. Imagine taking 45 minutes to make a sandwich. Would have been better off making it myself. Don’t waste ur time ordering anything from here unless you go inside the store. Wish I could rate them 0/5 stars

This Jimmy Johns is doing things the Iowa way they close at 5pm now on the weekend and they short you on meat. Another great franchise we will loose because the owners are lazy!!!

Absolutely love Jimmy Johns and the #17 ultimate porker! The staff is very friendly and with using the app they have my food ready for me when I enter the store. Only downside is on the rare occasion such as today the sandwiches ingredients don't taste right (the ham).

This store is the reason I'll go back to being a Subway fan lol. First, I've literally never had them hand me a drink that didn't have pop running down the side of it or collected in the lid. This is at the drive through. You can literally see me sitting in my car, could you at least wipe the cup down? Any time I order multiple sandwiches they forget to write the names I supply. And today, now just wait for it, this is rocket science here - they couldn't figure out how to apply a free sandwich reward from my account. They couldn't even FIND the account, despite the fact I was staring at it on my phone and giving them the exact same information. Too many other choices to deal with poor service. It's too bad, I have to drive BY them to go another few miles to a subway, but that's exactly what I'll be doing. Any one of these things by themselves maybe isn't a big deal, but combined, it's too much. Get it together folks, this is very basic stuff here.

I was trying to get a delivery because they do that apparently and they never answered after I called 8 times I usually order from Jimmy John's just because I like it but I mine aswell go to which which or subway.
