Our family is a frequent visitor to Jimmy Johns. Lately, we've been stopping by your Jordan Creek location and interacting with Nathan. He is awesome!! He makes the experience so personal by creating small talk while he gets the drinks ready and receipts printed, etc. He's so kind and also keeps the line moving. He makes the experience more than a transaction. We think he's awesome and a perfect example of someone who puts effort that other's wouldn't into making your Jimmy John's visit a memorable visit every time we go. The quality of the sandwiches are always great and the efficiency of your team at this location is top notch. Thank you!

This Jimmy John’s is painfully slow most of the time. I ordered from them before and their delivery times vary wildly. They say they have one driver, I get it. But what gets me is the attitude on the phone. If I had been a jackass on the phone, a little bad attitude my way would have been deserved. But all I asked was an ETA. The first time I had to call, the lady hung up on me. And today when I called the gentleman said he “can’t teleport the sandwich to me”. I was just asking for an ETA because I was at work and was expecting a rush.I’ve never never been prompted to leave a review about anything before. I know customer service sucks, but there is a line. When a person is waiting over an hour for a cold cut sandwich to be delivered down the street (I don’t live or work that far from this location), and gets a rude response TWICE to a polite inquiry, there’s a problem.On the flip side, the delivery drivers are usually kind when they arrive and empathetic. I don’t know what the deal is with the people on the phone.

I saw that the online ordering page said that there would be a delay in delivery but I ordered for delivery anyway. I ordered 1 sandwich and a drink at 11:35 am. I called the store at 1:05 pm and the gentleman that answered said that the woman had 18 orders but should be to my location in less that 10 minutes. He said to call him back if she wasn't here by that time and he would delete the bill, so the food would be free. 15 minutes later I called the store and let him know the food still wasn't here. He said he would delete the bill. It's now 2:37 pm, still no food and I'm not expecting it to show up. I understand slow service, but this is ridiculous.

I ordered a Country club unwich today and the gentleman who prepared it did an excellent job. The meat was well distributed and it was wrapped perfectly. Excellent service for sure.Parking: Ample parking.

Blake is absolute trash. 1 hour to get a sandwhich out on delivery which was not right ordered X cheese and didn't get it took another hour for the order to be resent and was still wrong called and spoke to the shift manager "Blake" who really needs to find a job cleaning porta potties instead of anything in food service/customer service. he told me it would be another 2 hour for my order to be sent to me for a 3rd. this guy can go pound sand and if you are the owner of this JJ's you need to fire Blake as soon as you read this. this is pathetic!!! what a waste of my $20. I can tell you where i wont be ordering from until this chuckle nut Blake is fired!!! When he is gone then i will edit my rating!!!
