I love Krispy Krunchy Chicken. It's the best. The 1st one I ever ate at was in Las Vegas. It was our Chicken Spot forever. We searched the city for the best chicken....& we found it! When we moved to Omaha, we couldn't find one still open. The one in Iowa is a must stop anytime I am here. Sky & Swaran were SOOOOOOOO NICE & PLEASANT! Their energy comes out in the food and you can tell they love making people happy with food. Even the gentleman at the Cash Register was so jovial & friendly. I'm only here until a next week & I've already made plans to stop by on my way back to Omaha. ??? #happyfoodface!

I’m reading these negative reviews and it looks like people went out of there way to bash these folks.I sell furniture and more than one customer mentioned how good this chicken is at this location so I tried it.Its absolutely wonderful and my food was hot not warm or cold.Some of the best chicken I can remember and definitely worth the trip I made.

I'm always looking for amazing food options! A fellow Yelper told me about Krispy Krunchy Chicken. And I knew I had to try it! Although a little skeptical at first, I mean, really, extra crispy chicken? But my friend was spot-on! This place has quickly become my go-to for amazing chicken. As you step inside, one side is a liquid store, and the other is where the magic happens, Krispy Krunchy Chicken. It's all about grab-and go here as the setup doesn't allow for a sit-down meal. However, it's very clean on both sides! Keeping the chicken and the cash separate, you pay for your order at the liquor store counter after ordering. The food is amazing! I've had the Whole Wings (my go to), Red Beans and Rice, Jambalaya, and Mashed Potatoes(least favorite). I'm obsessed with the wings as they have crispiness for days, lol they even stayed fresh until I got them home. I'm not a big fan of Red Beans and Rice, but Krispy Krunchy's version is very flavorful. The Jambalaya is my favorite side, it's like a Cajun party in your mouth- it's meaty, flavorful, and addictive! The Honey Butter Biscuit and the Blueberry Biscuits are the prefect pairing with the chicken! They are moist, and full of flavor. Seriously, even if chicken isn't your thing, these biscuits might change your life! If you're ever in the neighborhood or simpler craving good chicken and sides, do yourself a favor and go to Krispy Krunchy Chicken today! Let me know if you enjoy it or not!

My favorite chicken place of all. I found a this place in the PNW. This location in WSM is a miss more than a hit. The flavor is there but the quality is not. Assuming it’s because it’s a franchise. Don’t give up because the quality is worth it. Just find another location. It’s worth it. Best chicken ever of you find the right place !!!!

I don't do fried chicken often, but i have to say they have really good chicken. It is not only krispy and crunchy but juicy, too. It takes a while to get your food, but it is hot, fresh, and worth the wait. The staff was also friendly.

**revised review after some thought(not a fake review)Food was far below expectations based on the 4.4/5 stars it had on Google.I could care less about the atmosphere and the service if at the end of the day the food doesn't hit the spot. Not the worst food I've had but truth be told the seasoning wasn't it and I wasn't happy about the food being room temp. My brother and dad said a few of the pieces smelled off and I concurred with at least one. Not sure if it was bad, but it was off. I had a 12 PC, 6 biscuits, and large mashed with gravy.

So I just had what I think is my tenth Krispy Krunchy chicken experience (the first at this location). I would have reviewed earlier but by the time I get home with this delicious fried chicken I'm too busy devouring it to think to do anything else. I have yet to have a bad experience at this Krispy Krunchy. The food is always fresh and hot. The chicken is flavorful, and crunchy as advertised. The side dishes compliment the chicken well. Most of our orders have been for classic on-the-bone chicken, but their tenders are also very tasty. There's a variety of good dipping sauces which you can use to jazz up your tenders or chicken legs, as you see fit (not that it is needed). Things to know: * This location is a shared space operation, the rest of the storefront being a SG liquor store. * The entrance driveway is also the next door Culver's exit drive. Be careful. * They do not have a drive-thru, though it may appear that way at first glance.
