Normally love Little Caesars, but this visit was bad. The pizza was severely undercooked and not edible. Of course I didn't notice till I was home already and it wasn't with going back.
Never answered there phone when I called I called at least 20 times. The system switched me to carry out when I choose delivery.*****Amending my review . Mario the manager went out of his way to contact me and see what happened. Even went out of his way to deliver the pizzas to me since I didn't have a vehicle. Thank you Mario****

EDIT: They got it together! I believe a new manager took over and completely turned things around. There is always pizza ready to go and the manager is a treasure. I’m thankful to have a cheap pizza place to rely on close to home.—This location needs to get themselves together. It's called "Hot and Ready" which they never are. I've been coming for two months now since I moved into the neighborhood and they have NEVER had pizza ready. Too bad you don't get a discount for the time wasted waiting. Maybe they'd get their stuff together. It's no wonder they have a Help Wanted sign up. They need help...

Everybody dogs on Lil Ceasars as being bad pizza, but they've never claimed to be anything other than themselves. I get a stuffed cheese pizza once a month from here. And it's awesome every single time. I hope they live forever.

Great pizza, great service. The employees here are the best you’ll find at any comparable restaurant. The manager completes your order quickly and to the highest quality I think you’ll find from any Little Caesars. He even threw in a free cup and dessert. I’d probably drive an hour just for this location so consider that next time you’re thinking about going to the pizza place down the street.
This is the best little ceasers in the metro. I've tried them all. They take the extra time to make the items right and it really shows. Easily on par with any of the other fast pizza brands at half the cost. My wife literally couldn't wait until I took the photos to dig in.

Hmmmm yum. Nothing like a piping hot sizzling ground beef pizza that’s loaded with a layer of cheese. When you are hungry and want a reasonable slice this is one of the best!

I love taking my 3 year old to get his favorite pizza here. Always bring a quarter with you to get a bouncy ball from the pin ball machine :) they’ll also always throw in a bag of their shortbread cookies for him which he loves.

Having an urge for something hot, well seasoned and very tummy pleasing--the all beef pizza is the thing. The pizza makers took my order and it was made in ten minutes. The intoxicating smell of the fresh cheese and ground beef was tempting enough to have you grab a slice and munch all the way home! The quiet background with the smell of all different flavors will have you returning for their mouth watering cheesy bread.

I walked in no one else there and stood there while u thought the worker was on the phone so I waited patiently. I notice another car pull up and was thinking I haven't heard him talk to anyone if he is on the phone so looking closer no phone call at all. After 6 minutes waiting I still had not heard a hello can I help you, Are you ready to order, not hello how are you tonight! NOTHING !!!! I WALKED OUT AFTER LETTJNG WORKER KNOW THAT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND ASKED HIM OF HE COULD SEE ME AND HERE ME BECAUSE I LITERALLY THOUGHT I MAY BE INVISIBLE.
