A month ago I went for the first time and it was great. Kids ham melt sandwich was yummy (I stole a bite from my kid) and my wrap was good. We went back and got pretzel bites and they were really greasy and looked... soggy? Service was still good. This time we dined in. I'd still go back but we will skip the pretzel bites.
I used to always love eating here; the food is great, the service is always awesome (and the staff genuinely seem to be in a good mood, which is a huge plus for me), and it’s nice to be able to get reasonably healthy fast food. It’s getting harder for me to justify the price point though; one weekend my mom came to visit, and we ate here for lunch and Texas Roadhouse for dinner. The bills for the two of us at each place (sandwich or salad lunch vs two steak dinners) were within $2 of each other.Definitely worth the visit, just not on a regular basis. I love the sweet & smoky chicken sandwich (sortof like a tangy barbecue sauce). The pecanberry salad is also great.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, booths

I absolutely love McAlisters but recently the service has not been good. My boyfriend and I went for my birthday tonight and was sadly disappointed. First of all, we walk in and no one greets us. After we order and wait a little bit we got our food, which was to go. The worker handed us our food and said absolutely nothing. That’s when I realized we were missing our spud. I simply said I think we are missing our spud and he takes the bag from me and “ looks” and then doesn’t say anything at all. Just yells at a chef. After we got our spud, I asked if our pickles were in the bag and he says, “ let me check, well something feels cold in there so either they really messed up or your pickles are in there. ” Like who says that? After we got all the way home we realized the pickles, like I thought were not there. Like I said great food but very disappointed in the service.
As a customer and a doordash driver I truly appreciate the friendly staff and quick and efficient service. As a doordash driver I appreciate the fact that they always have the order ready on time and this quality follows through to my experience as a customer as I never have to wait long for my order. The people are also the most friendly of any of the local restaurants.

It was my gf's & my first time here! We were excited to try it out because they're about to open one in Grimes! 10/10 across the board when it comes to food/customer service and atmosphere!! My gf ordered the Grilled Chicken with broccoli cheddar soup & I ordered the Spicy SW Chicken with a tomato/cucumber salad as a side! Gave us Panera vibes but we admit, knocks Panera out of the park w/ a bang for your buck!! Sophie(a) & Nina were so awesome! They made sure our food was delicious and it was!! Looking forward to the Grimes location! Finally, something healthy near by!! ? Thank you ladies! Couldn't have done any better!!
