The mcdonald's on mill civic parkway and Interstate 80., I just left there. After standing at the counter Waiting to be helped. Making eye contact with at least 3 people working behind the counter That we're not interested in either helping me or getting anyone to help me. Was my order. Instead, they Continued with some unprofessional horse. Play witnessed by me and several other customers. Due to the attention that was being drawn from there laughter. I'm not saying you shouldn't be happy At work, but that is after.The task at hand. I'm just putting this out there.Because if I was the owner I would want to know,..... It was 2:20 PM today

Normally I have bo issues coming here. Tonight at 6:45 on 3/26, the girl on the food window of drive through was RUDE. She almost gave me the wrong order, gave me attitude when I told her what I had ordered, and after giving my food to me she started to talk sh-t before closing the window or before I started driving away. I didn’t catch her name, but she was young, probably around 5 feet with braids. I understand that I came at the tail end of their rush and mistakes can happen, that’s why I was nice and just made sure I got the correct order, but the way she tried to make ME feel bad for HER mistake was ridiculous.

Curbside spots are very confusing, multiple spots have the same number and are in different parts of the lot, but the employees are very friendly and nice, and I've never had to wait for food.

What McDonald's runs out of hamburger, shuts the grill down, so no McRibs... only fish and chicken? You can do better. I expect and accept the ice cream machine to be down, no shock there...
