Delivery driver did not ring the doorbell or call my phone. I decided to drop it after the manager seemed uninterested and just kept asking me what I wanted her to do. I have a small dog and was sitting in my living room, if the bell was rang or door knocked on the dog would've freaked out. I guess I need to invest in a ring door bell.Food's good, but it's room temperature. I've been ordering from this location for a long time, I'll pass based on the response from the employee and manager. I've spent thousands of dollars here since I moved to Waukee in 2017.

Tonight was my first bad experience with this location. I love this pizza, but was met with a driver who seemed annoyed that he was driving and a pizza that was not at all warm. I also did not have any garlic sauce nor was asked.

We purchased a 10 inch gluten free & a small Carli flower pizza and they had very good flavored cheese, but both were void of meat & cheese 2 inches in from the outer edge of the crust. This was disappointing as we threw this away.We had designated the pizza to go, so we aren’t aware of the ambiance.
