Ordered two regular meals and two kids meals, when we asked what we wanted for the kids drinks I told them I wanted fountain drinks and then was charged for them. I should have questioned them but they were busy and having issues with their drink machine anyways. Crab Rangoon’s were disgusting and portions were smaller than normal.

Went to get two bowls because i had a buy one get one free coupon for it through the app. after they "scanned" my phone and took my card they just handed me my thing without saying as word. thought it was odd but its cool. come to find out they charged me full price for both bowls. panda express is mediocre at best and then you have people who dont know how to scan a simple coupon. Half of the time they mess something up on the order as well. I would recommend going to china jade or one of the other small Chinese places around town then go here.

Since the Panda Express on Valley is such a huge let down, I've started coming here more. It's much better. I've never had to wait longer for food. They've never been out of anything I've wanted. The food is always properly made & hot & good. Definitely recommend this Panda Express over the others.

Place the mobile order 45 minutes before closing was told to pull around to the front of the store waited an additional 25 minutes for what they said was just a wait time for one egg roll went to go inside to ask where my food was the doors were locked and I had to call they apologized and brought out my food but they shorted me 9 out of my 12 cream cheese rangoons when I asked for a refund they said that they weren't responsible for my refund and shut the window in my face. When I refuse to leave they then offered to make me more cream cheese rangoons. They said this would be an additional 10 minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous I just wanted the food that I ordered and they refused to refund me for the food that I didn't receive that I already paid for. Will never be returning to this location. Absolutely ridiculous waste of time.

While the staff are kind, i have issues with the way the food was packaged. I had ordered a Bigger Plate, two mushroom chicken, and one Grilled teriyaki chicken. The bigger plate comes with an extra container on the side of whatever the odd item out is, or extra of whatever you get three of. While it upsets me that one of the two instances of mushroom chicken was packaged, separating them, it is more upsetting that they chose to put the saucy item in the side container known well for leaks. The Teriyaki chicken could have been knocked around and been fine, but the mushroom chicken is a distinctly saucy item, of which most from the small container was lost as it jumbled around the bag.

My friend went to this Panda Express and dined in, a male behind the counter said "here comes a fat one" in Spanish as she headed up to get her food, assuming she did not speak Spanish! When I went though the drive through I had a female ask me how to say something in Spanish and when I left with my food half my order was missing.
