Worst experience ever, ordered around 7. Food not ready for 45 min. Then put croutons in soup (ordered without) and soup was cold! Bread was hard as a rock,. Silverware was DIRTY and GRIMY. Took up to counter and told they had no clean silverware and handed more dirty. Then took up again and asked for plastic silverware. Treated like it was a hassle.

ordered Broccoli Cheddar soup. i always love Panera Bread soups, but from past two orders the soup consistency is nothing like original Broccoli Cheddar Soup. The taste and texture both are spoiled

I enjoyed the experience until I used the restroom. It was not clean and I've been told that is an indication of the kitchen. If that is true I would not want to eat here again.

5 years ago I gave this location a 5 star rating. But in 5 years this Panera went from excellent to RUN AWAY! It's dirty, run down, broken kiosks, and even worse service. Very sad, I hope they can turn it around.

Ordered to go. Waited over fifty five minutes for my food. They were making sandwiches on top of my pizza. The one that I was waiting for all my other food was getting cold. They ended up re cooking all my food. I probably won't go back.

Literally the slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. Nothing like ordering on line and arriving at the time it’s supposed to be done and then waiting over 10 more minutes for food that’s been sitting there but no one brings it out. Happens every time I order online but it’s the closest one to my work so I always make the same

Waited in an empty drive through for 5 minutes and was told I will be right with you 3 times. The. Went inside to order and waited at the front of the line while works just looked at us and didn’t acknowledge us. Wish I could give zero stars.

Do you guys ever get online orders right? I’ve tried to order breakfast two times now and my coffee is forgotten every single time and the food comes in stale. I wish you guys would read the receipt because it clearly says TWO coffees on there! Do you guys just enjoy ruining mornings?

I didn't see any employees out cleaning tables and there were some dirty ones due to people not clearing their own plates, etc. It was at the start of noon rush to be fair. The food was served quickly and tasted great!

I ordered Panera today for my lunch and had a very frustrating experience with door dash who was delivering it. The people at Panera were on time with my order, however the delivery driver for DoorDash was not- it was expected to be delivered over an hour passed when I needed it. As an educator, I hardly get much of a lunch anyways so when I contacted Panera, I spoke to a woman named Michelle and she was so helpful and redid my order free of charge. Even added in extra bakery items and a free drink. This is what good practice is. Thank you so much Michelle for your diligence and thank your kind team as well!

The chicken tikka masala soup didn’t really have any chicken, so I was kind of sad. The turkey sandwich was good. The charged lemonade was fine.
