I have a gluten allergy so was excited to eat here because they offer gluten free fried rice which is hard to find. I got fried rice with chicken, not only was it bland but there was barely any chicken in it. Two others with me got orange chicken with fried rice. They only brought out one bowl of fried rice for both of them. Said it was “double scooped”….since it was a $4 up charge for both I expected two separate bowls. We each only took a few bites and wanted to leave. I get the bill and it was $70….for fried rice and chicken! Insane, I felt robbed. I didn’t complain, but for $70 for three simple meals I was pretty ticked off. If you want American style Chinese food that’s actually edible, go to Panda Express and save $50.

Server took our food when we were still eating, twice during the meal. Once for our entrees when we declined to-go boxes and again when our kids were still eating their ice cream. Yes, both times she took the food away while we were still eating.She also offered us desserts before we ordered our entrees.Overall weird experience, food was awesome though!
Our waitress, Ashley, was amazing! She was attentive and professional. She had a very good relationship with her co-workers and our service was on point.

I've eaten at a couple different locations. This one was carryout for myself and a friend who had never had P.f Chang's before. The food was excellent. It was fresh and the carryout packaging was durable. Definitely would recommend either dine in or carryout

So I try to intentionally do “local” establishments, but my wife was excited for the prospect of going to a PF Changs after many years since the last one.To my delight I had a great experience. We had the 2 person 4 course meal. We did the wraps, Mongolian beef, lo mein, and soufflé. It was more than enough and amazing $50 price and very tasty.SHOUT OUT TO Amy our server, she was great, a smile goes a long way. And I thought her hospitality skills overall was on point.I also prefer PF Changs darker-ambient atmosphere vs its adjacent competitors in the area.
The food took forever and it wasn't worth the price. We loved going in the past but will not be back

Kirstin provided us with great customer service. There was an issue with our order. We weren't aware that our waitress let Kirstin know what happened. Kirstin immediately came to our table and was very courteous and polite. She rectified the situation. We will be coming back to the PFChang at Jordan Creek Mall. She provided us the best customer service that I have seen in a while. She gets 5 stars!!!

After visiting the Apple store at Jordan Creek Mall today, my wife Pam and I were hungry so we stopped in at PF Chang's China Bistro for some eats. We've eaten here a number of times in the past but its been awhile. PF Changs were always consistently good then, but spectacular today. We ordered and shared two appetizers, the chicken lettuce wrap and a plate of Chili Garlic Green Beans, then split a generous plate of Honey Chicken, with a side of Rice. We started with the lettuce wraps, the lettuce had a nice fresh crunch. We thought it couldn't possibly get any better, then the Chili Garlic Green Beans came, The Green Beans were amazing, displaying a wonderful crunchy texture, along with a bit of spice burn (not too much nor too little, just right). The flavor along with the hint of spice of the Green Beans took deliciousness to an entirely new level. If that wasn't overwhelming enough, next to arrive was the plate of Honey Chicken, which consisted of very tender chunks of chicken in a delightfully delicate tempura batter, with a gentle note of honey cutting through with every bite. We were seated and our order taken the minute we entered, wasn't but just a moment and our orders started arriving. Our server Cordell did a fabulous job of taking care of us today, checking on us numerous times. This is truly an amazing restaurant. Today was a great experience, we strongly recommend PF Chang's China Bistro and will be returning soon, very, very soon.
