Got a to go order here and received one of the smallest meals I've ever paid $20 for. Pathetic tiny piece of fish and a child's sized portion of limp fries. Sat at the "bar" while I waited and recieved friendly but very slow service. This place is such a rip off! No wonder the company is declaring bankruptcy.

DEEP “dong man” DUDE
ordered curbside pickup. waited 10 minutes past my pickup time and ended up having to go in and see what was going on, since my friend who had ordered a separate curbside order (we were in the same vehicle) had received theirs very shortly after notifying the restaurant they had arrived.apparently my order was either just getting finished (i had ordered around 50 minutes ago at this point) or had been sitting there. who knows, the host just handed me my food with little fanfare. judging by the temperature of my lobster flatbread upon opening though, i’m assuming the latter.it’d be fine if they didn’t also forget half of the entree for my grandmother’s order. she ordered shrimp and scallops. open it up at home to serve her aaaand no scallops. just a sad looking shrimp skewer half-buried by orzo rice.i call to see if i can get comped for my grandma’s entree, for the temperature issue and the missing food. no one answers. i sit on hold for eight minutes. for red lobster.i’d really just like my money back for my grandma’s entree. i understand things get hectic, but as someone who has worked plenty of hectic services, it was unacceptable. i’d really just like my money back. and a phone to be answered so i don’t have to put up a google review.

Great experience! We had a table for two and both had endless shrimp. Our server was Miranda and she was awesome about refills and checking on us even when the restaurant got super busy midway through our meal.

Kristin was awesome. I had a good friend in from Florida and he wanted sweet tea, but wasn’t aware sweet tea isn’t really a thing here in the Midwest. She hooked him up with a specially made sweet tea and it hit the spot for him. She was an amazing waitress and really understands customer centricity. She created a signature moment for us both!

My shrimp linguini came to the table with the tails still on the shrimp. Who wants to dig through Alfredo sauce and noodles to pick the tails off the shrimp. The manager replied that its the new corporate standard and there is nothing he could do about it.If that's their standard, I'll be eating elsewhere.
