What is at the bottom of my sea salt blender? Espresso? This keeps happening randomly , i did not ask for this! Absolutely disgusting! I can’t even drink it! this is probably the 6th one I’ve thrown in the trash!

Slow slow slow service, Luke warm order. Ordered ahead on the app and people who ordered at the window after me got their coffee before me. I had to go inside to get my order because they never brought it out. I loved my local Scooters back in MN and was excited to see there was one on my drive to work after we moved here, but several orders and each time it’s just been disappointing, slow, Luke warm or incorrect.

Josh was so kind to me when I was running late getting hot cocoa and cookies for my mother in law after her surgery. I barley made it before they closed, but Josh was unfazed and was super pleasant. The service is second to none and the coffee and treats and great too!

The barista or order taker was incredible today. She lifted my spirits when I didn’t think somebody could pull that off this morning. The drink is very good too. Little expensive but she made up for that.

I asked for a black iced coffee and they asked cold brew ? And I said no just black iced coffee and then they handed me a hot black coffee and I said it’s post to be iced and he said I put a few ice cubes in there and I said that’s still a i hot coffee and he told me he doesn’t understand he put ice in it and I said okay and just took my cofffee he was cute he living by the law you don’t have to be pretty and smart.

Second time in a row over charged. For 2 Cake Bites on promo for $5.00. When I got my receipt it showed $5.50. I asked her ahead of time and she said $5.00. In front of my guest who is a regular customer. After I get my receipt it shows &2.75 each. I asked her to correct it, she said I don’t know and ignores me. Order ID is: AAAM4LQ8AEBS

I just want to thank the sweet soul working the drive thru today. I grabbed a coffee on my way to work after a long night of little to no sleep. My tears hiding behind my sunglasses. Maybe it was the shake in my voice or one of those tears slipped out. But she seemed to have known. Her sweet comment that I look lovely today, made me smile. (Also, me knowing, I look like a mess). Thank you for taking the moment to make someone’s day a little better, the world needs more humans like you.
