Great subway location, I’ve shifted from going to the nearby location on EP true to this one, quality of ingredients is much better and they are never out of stuff and happy that they carry the creamy siracha when other locations don’t. They also always get my online order right!

this subway is the best in des moines, everytime i order on mobile app my sandwitch is picture perfect and fresh, i can tell they actually know how to make a sandwitch, solid amnt of meat at the bottom and carefully layered veggies on top, that simple and subway will be around forever . tip these guys !!!

Was at a nearby event so did online order and pick up. They got 1 of 2 footlongs correct. The incorrect one was not toasted, cucumbers were missing and lettuce that was not requested and disliked by the person eating the sandwich was added. Thought a tip would help them get it right. Subway service is getting so bad that we are getting very few to go to in DSM metro.

Subway was so bad when we got our drinks it smelled like sewage in the back of the store it made us wanna throw up I don't recommend nobody coming here

My order was a steak and cheese deluxe. Light mayo with tomatoes, banana peppers and black pepper. As you can see lots of mayo and no tomatoes, banana peppers, black pepper. Walked in and the guy working never even acknowledged me. I had to look over the counter to see it was mine.

Put my online order in Friday 4:30 to be ready at 5:00. I do my shopping and get there at 5:10 and it hasn't been started so I wait. Then the person get the toppings wrong. AVOID
