Exceptional service today. Troy was hustling like no one I’ve ever seen at a Subway. Very busy and he kept people moving without being sloppy with the sandwiches.

This owner is in my opinion the lowest form of human. I refreshed that store. Had people working over thanksgiving and he refuses to pay. People missed time with their families working to finish his store as fast as we could. We went over schedule and covered his employees wages and he still wont pay. NO STARS

Stood at the counter and waited and waited and waited. The person working would not take my order. The store was open . It was 4:30 pm and no line. So what was up with that??? Been buying sandwiches from years. Finally talked to the lone employee and he said he was finishing an online order. Did not acknowledge me for ten minutes. Customer service not included. Plus there is now a large metal cover blocking the view of the meat and cheese section of making your sandwich. What are they hiding? Isn’t that the point to SEE the sandwich as it is being made? We are done with this Subway.

Went to the restroom to wash my hands 1st on my way counter to order food when a female accused me of damaging the wall. Never got to order or eat and definitely won't be back.

There was an adult (older male) training a young man behind the counter. Rather than talking to this young man privately, he "scolded" him in front of customers. As a teacher myself, I felt badly for this young man.I ached inside for him. I was uncomfortable with this situation.
Getting tired of Subway being out of items for my sandwich. They have very few vegetables. Keep them in stock. It’s simple! Tonight they were out of spinach and cucumbers. REALLY?For god sakes go to hyvee and buy some. I ordered extra lettuce(online order)as well and I could barely find any. Too many times they are skimping on stuff like the lettuce tonight. I go to subway to have it made the way I want but they don’t do that anymore!!

This subway is a frequent spot by my job site & absolutely love it. There's this dude with a beard that ALWAYS makes my sandwich beautifully & is ever so kind & apologetic if they are backed up with orders. He's a great asset & deserves a raise for how well he treats customers. The rest of the staff is kind as well & make sure I'm taken care of.

The staff here cares. The manager made our sandwiches and they were borderline picture perfect. This guy has the kind of passion that we all could take a lesson from. My sandwich is delicious. I can taste every ingredient on my sub in every bite. Perfect portion control. These folks are super friendly and we will definitely be back. A++

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Sloppy made sandwiches with not even the bare minimum of meat. A bunch of teenagers work here and all they do is mess around you can see one sitting on the counter staring at me instead of helping on the line. Same boy making sandwiches running register and not changing gloves, so gross. Would rather go through the hassle to park at Wal-Mart and go to that subway than go to this gross establishment.
Less than stellar. They had a teenager behind the register and also making, wrapping sandwiches. Gross to touch a register, use the same knife on everyone’s sandwiches with same water I guess. I had him clean it prior to cotting, but he didn’t change gloves. Disgusting? will never come here againSandwich doesn’t taste fresh l and it doesn’t look like it usually does

Absolutely horrible experience went earlier this week and my sandwich was not well prepared at all I gave them the benefit of the doubt they seemed newer paid my 9 bucks and left. I went back today no one was in the place but 2 workers who came out of the back separately but I had to wait a few mins then the sales rep came over got my sandwich started and starts talking to the Walmart employee who came over and then comes back and starts again on sandwich looked horrible so I told him I’m not paying for this and will go else where he then told me how good subway was and the natural ingredients not true, but after he proceed to tell me his wife runs the place and she does a great job and it he was running the place he would fire half the staff, it was a horrible experience won’t go back
