Ordered 10 tacos for my family of 5 at the drive through. Food took 25 minutes, was cold, and they only brought out 4 tacos. Tacos were also placed in the bag unwrapped. Overall bad experience.

My most recent visit, the food tasted well but had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered via the app because I can get a box meal without the 5 layer burrito that come in all of the other box meals. I ordered two meals, one with a mountain dew, the other with a mountain dew zero. The food was ready in a reasonable amount of time but they give me a Mountain Dew and a Baja Blast Zero. I say I needed a Mountain Dew Zero instead of the Baja Blast Zero. The lady looked utterly confused and started to take it back. Another lady (I think the manager) said "Ok we can get you another but it was keyed in wrong, if you look at the receipt." I had my app up by chance and showed them it showed no Baja Blast Zero. I was thinking maybe there was an error between the system and the app. When I got to my table, I noticed it too said a Mountain Dew and Mountain Dew Zero... but I let it slide. After about 5 minutes (they had to change out the zero) the first lady has the right drink and says "Here's your Baja." ? I could just laugh at this point. Also throughout all of this there was a Doordash guy waiting on an order and was still waiting when we left and someone brought in food that was wrong.This location needs help.. they've also been known to randomly close their lobby during business hours.. and this was before covid.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The service was less than subpar. The food was a travesty. We were missing 1/2 our order, the crunch wrap supreme was missing all the veggies, we paid for extra sauce and received 1, paid for extra nacho cheese and instead received extra cups (which costs more than the cheese itself). Even after going back to get the order right, we just gave up, as we weren’t getting help… There was a door dasher waiting over an hour for food and the manager on duty, Harmony, was not handling complaints, handing them off to an employee to take care of.Trash service. Trash food. Trash environment. Take your money to any other Taco Bell.

I went through the drive thru around 1pm on Sunday 3/24 and the service was excellent!! They were extremely patient in the drive thru! We did have a pricing issue with our order but when I went in to get it resolved I left a very happy customer. Top tier customer service skills. Definitely not an easy job but they do it very well!

Went inside to order, was greeted and then payed. Proceeded to wait 25 minutes and watched 3 others come in and get their food. I finally said something and then the worker started working on my order. The order took another 15 minutes, and most of it came out cold. Do not get Taco Bell from this location, unless you want to be annoyed and forgotten.

We waited 20 minutes for the food just to find out our food was given to an obese lesbian couple. I could smell the bathroom from the counter area, likely hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Service was horrible, unclean employees and low class behavior from the staff (cursing and slurs thrown around in the back like it’s nothing). Won’t be back to this location…

I waited in the drive through line for 52 minutes and when I got to order they were out of everything I asked for. They offered me nothing for how much time I wasted to still leave with out food. It’s not the employees fault, but there should be some sort of service recovery.

Went there today about 11:30 You have to order your own meal No person available one couple in front of me and a couple and I order at the same time I opt to pay cash the first couple gets their meal Must be some drive up orders cause it’s a while before the second gets their order Meanwhile more drive-ups a guy comes in for a pick up order and six girls enter All at once someone appears to take their order even though she’s been at drive thru all this while and no new people I’m still waiting Going on 25 minutes now The two couples are finishing their meals the six girls start getting their orders and I’m standing there waiting The guy puts the girls orders up and walks off like he doesn’t see me I’m ready to leave cause I haven’t paid for any thing Finally he comes up and I ask about my order Oh yeah I’m working on it now So he takes my money and tells me they don’t take cash Then why was it an option He wanders off and someone tells him they take cash He takes my money and closes the drawer I tell him I have change coming but there’s no money in the drawer So he wanders off again and comes back with a couple of handfuls of change He proceeds to open the drawer and then he has to open all that change 8 rolls It’s like 45 minutes before I get my order and I don’t think it’s what I ordered but by now I’ve forgotten I got soft tacos and I don’t like soft tacos and some cheesy thing that was mostly soft shell Very disappointing and all I got was a sorry you had to wait

Horrible food Horrible service. Maria musta been having a bad day. Forgot about drive thru customers as I waited ten minutes by speaker and window with no service. Called from drive thru no answer went in as I had pd through mobile app already. A customer a older lady was cleaning up another customers mess cause staff was too lazy to. Maria insisted she had been at yhe window but she clearly had not been. Called me a liar then ruined my food. This is a very poorly ran store.Recommended dish...eat at home a hot dog is better
