The smoothies were ready on time however they tasted awful… I must’ve missed it when ordering online but there’s a load of sugar added to smoothies and that sugar is not listed as one of the ingredients when browsing through the menu. Super disappointing and completely misleading to say this place offers healthy food

Used to be great service and store was clean. Now the floor where food is prepared is black with dirt and garbage. Staff was friendly not anymore. Ingredients used to be fresh, visited last week and Bananas were all black.

Fun spot, easy to get to and easy parking. The young lady taking my order was helpful in suggesting some smoothies to try and her recommendation was delicious! It's a big smoothie for $6!

This place never disappoints! I had the Thai Chicken Wrap which was delish. Added a Mango Magic Smoothie for on $4.49. Such a refreshing meal for a hot day!

I am very disappointed in Tropical Smoothie today. I was on the opposite side of town and ordered food online. I didn’t bother to check the food because they usually do a great job. I was bummed to find nasty pickled onion in my food. Yes, I could have driven back to the WDM location, but that is a 25 minute drive for me. So I took the loss. ?
I placed my order online and picked up in the store. It was ready in about 10 minutes. I ordered the Thai chicken wrap which came with a side (I chose chips) for $8. It was delicious however I do wish it was a little bigger. I also wish they had other drink options besides smoothies. I didn't even see an option to get a bottle of water.

Ankeny store- 5 starsThe Jordan Creek location has similarly friendly staff, though there have been issues where my food was forgotten behind the counter instead of bringing it out. Ordering ahead online might be the way to go.Unfortunately the food quality has fallen off since the location first opened; it had been on par with the Ankeny counterpart. Smoothies are now mostly ice, very noticable when you don't add sugar. Wraps are consistently slimmer, or the ingredients aren't fresh. Rice, chicken, beans, etc taste microwaved or stale. It's hard to tell one wrap from another because they have become more bland.I'm a big fan of this franchise, and appreciate any attempt at getting slightly healthier food than the fast food offerings we have in the area. Their prices haven't escalated and they continue to release enough new offerings to be interesting year-round. I live much closer to the WDM cafe, and would visit more frequently if the quality was comparable to the other location.

They messed up our order then said we'd have to pay in order to get the correct smoothie because they're product is expensive ? the one in Johnston. As we were speaking about our smoothie another customer came back because of the same issue and they wouldn't return nor remake either one! Would not go back. Ankeny is better
