We wanted to try a new place while looking for lunch options before going to the Outlet stores. We selected this Mexican place in the downtown area of Williamsburg. They had many menu options to choose from and even some unique ones. I do wish they used better chorizo and they didn't overcook their carne asada. I am not sure why they cook that so long. More flavor and tenderness could be enjoyed if cooking time or process was improved.

I loved this place! The margarita was delicious and the service was great! The BEST part of my visit was the authentic part of the menu! Their Torta de chorizo was delicious! The chorizo was salty, the pickled jalapeños added the perfect spice and the fresh veggies gave a nice break to the richness of it all. I have gone to several other Mexican restaurants since then and every place I go to I look for an authentic part of their menu with the Torta de chorizo. Sadly no other place I've gone to has it, I'll have to come back to this place and order several to get my fix!

We stopped for lunch and had such great service and the food was amazing.
My wife and I were very disappointed when we dined there Saturday night. It took almost ten minutes to get menus after being seated and another ten minutes to get our drinks ordered. Then waited another ten to order our food. The food order took a long time to arrive from the kitchen. The Burrito Grande that my wife ordered wasn't even hot and my Carnitas dinner was over done. We didn't get to bring this up with the staff because it was busy and could tell were short of help. They did microwave my wife's burrito to get it hot. The Margarita's were the only thing that was fine. We have been patronizing both Casa Tequila locations for several years now and haven't had any issues with the Tiffin location. We realize it is hard to obtain staff for coverage, but at the same time we usually spend around $60 every time we visit. We live in Williamsburg and like to patronize the local businesses. If we do visit Casa Tequila again it probably won't be the Williamsburg location. Bruce and Jan Johnson

There are 2 authentic Mexican restaurants close to each other, but this one I feel has much better food. There is a handicapped accessible entrance. Their food & service is great & fast. P
