The owner needs to do something about this store. It is failing miserably and I normally go almost every single day for lunch to this place and I've watched it decline quickly. Sounds like the owner wasn't paying previous manager bonus's like they were suppose to which has since destroyed their business. Between this subway and Walmart on 73rd idk which is worse anymore.

The guys were having a rough night for a Saturday they had about a dozen receipts for online orders but they busted thru the rush like it was nothing.

Twice in two days I've ordered from this store on doordash, yesterday had to cancel because they had no chocolate chip cookies, and today waited 2 hours for a dasher to get to my order (app was down) only for subway to take my money and give me my sandwich. With all that time they could've made multiple trays of cookies in that time, or passed along to doordash I wouldn't be getting part of my order but nothing. Bare minimum service.

This is the first time in a very long time I’ve had exceptional service at this subway. The staff was friendly, my sandwich looks great, and they just all around looked like they loved their jobs which is so refreshing to see at this location. The man making my sandwich was dancing and singing and just made the environment friendlier than I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if it’s helpful, but one man was bald and one had locs, they both were very friendly. This experience gave me hope in this location again :)

Corporate really needs to get involved half my sandwich is missing. It’s a hot sandwich and it was cold they don’t answer the phones or listen to their customers. Don’t waste your money.

Just left subway inside the Walmart here and the staff literally ignored my presence and kept doing nothing. Then I received no service and he took my order then left it to work on a online order that was made while I was ordering. Will be contacting corporate. It’s 6pm I recommend the jimmy johns down the road.

Store decided to close 30 minutes early and manager said he wouldn’t serve us. I would leave a lower review if possible, not cool subway. This is a good way to lose customers, not impressed with the managers communication skills as well.
