Went to order at drive thru. She asked if I wanted to try a “bowl”. I declined and ordered another item. She again suggested the bowl. I told her it wasn’t even on the outside menu. She preceded to tell me all about the bowl. I said no I wanted the other item I ordered. She then said, “well your item is a lot like the bowl”. It was all too weird and I drove away.

Grey, cold burrito stuffed with plenty of beef and black beans. Unfortunately almost none of the vegetables I ordered, and payed for. My wife's salad was equally underwhelming. No silverware or napkins with to go order. Pretty ridiculous for the price.

Pretty disappointed, I usually love cafe rio but when I picked my bowl up today it was missing several things some of which I paid extra for. If I didn’t love so far out of town I would have drove back. The staff were friendly though.

Echoing other reviews here. Place has gone downhill. Haven't had a correct order past 3 takeouts, and the food quality has dropped. No mas.Edit: it gets better, after the canned response below I contacted them as asked. They initially responded until I asked for a refund, since then radio silence.

I just ordered a burrito here and it is the worst burrito that I've ever had. The kid slapped it together and hardly put any meat on it, so it's basically a tortilla with rice. That and a small drink for over $16. Be the last time that I eat here.

They got smaller salad bowls that don't even come with a lid, just wrapped in tinfoil but prices have remained the same? We already Had a hard time eating here because the prices were already high, will not be coming back.

If you want your order to be correct you have to go in and order. Literally every time we have gone through the drive thru they have messed up our order somehow. This time they gave us someone else’s order of nachos and we didn’t realize until we got home. Unbelievable. Thankfully i am not allergic to what we ended up with but still is beyond frustrating to experience this each time we’ve tried to go through the drive thru.

Here’s the thing. As a Doordash driver your employees reward the drivers who are impatient and rude and ignore the ones who patiently sit down to wait. If I don’t stop an employee and make them look for my order they just ignore you, don’t ask who you are waiting for, and don’t get your order until bugged.I guess what I’m saying is don’t be mad if every driver just comes up and impatiently bugs the employees under this current strategy, because the current system encourages us to bug you and be impatient.

Really disappointed. I paid extra to have my Burritos with cheese inside and paid extra to have it enchilada style with cheese and I got no cheese inside and a sprinkle of cheese on top. I'll be just going to the rexburg Cafe rio for the future. For some reason it won't allow me to post the pictures.
Placed an online order. I arrived at the time it said it would be ready. It was already sitting on the Togo counter which meant my food was cold before I even arrived for pickup. Order was missing multiple items. Tortillas on the side were missing. Ingredients ordered in the bowl were missing. Ordered lettuce and only got 2 pieces. The bowl was very underwhelming when missing items ordered. Shredded beef in one bowl had a giant chunk of fat and veins.Both bowls ordered were incorrect.

This place continues to dissapoint . I really use to love this place but the last 2 time have me not willing to go back. They can't get an order correct unless you go inside and walk them through it. Today the rice was so uncooked and crunchy. I would have called to complain but the last time I did I was hung up on and had to jump through telephone hoppes just to speak to a call center. $12 burrito is ridiculous especially when it use to be $5 on special.
