First time and super surprised. Quick and delicious.
Food is great. But this Chick-fil-A isn’t speedy like the others. There’s no point in using the app with this location. The express drive through lane punishes you for using the app. You would think if you order on the app, and try to save the store time, they would operate like the other Chick filas and let you in line. But they make each express lane car using the app wait for 3-5 cars to go in front of you from the other lanes first. So it ends up being faster to just using their regular lanes. Also, if you have to pick up an in store order, same thing. Super long lines. They seem to prioritize the drive through orders. Great food but the service isn’t speedy like all of the other chick filas are known for. And it seems they didn’t spend enough training with corporate during store setup. I think from a business standpoint it would help them to hire a corporate consultant from chick fila to observe and calculate where there are inefficiencies they can easily change. They are missing a lot of business because the lines just move so slow. Could improve operations with a little effort.
