Went into buy a Gift Card and a waffle and the crew were so efficient and helpful. I used to work as an Area manager for a Jamba franchise in Utah and I have a high standard when it comes to customer service. My expectations were exceeded at this location. I went in on thursday afternoon 11/16 . Kudos to the team for being amazing and Kudos to the Manager for prioritizing continuous training. You can tell this store/employees care about their job.
I love to sit outside to visit with friends while I sip on my Jamba juice. Also, I have discovered I can ask for extra kale to any recipe. I assume that applies to other ingredients as well

Literally just left Jamba and there were 3 girls messing around drinking little samples before serving us. I ordered a Caribbean passion with weyne protein. I I received a normal Caribbean passion with no weyne protein it also doesn't taste like the original Caribbean passion. Aggravating, since I had to pay extra for something I did not receive. On that same order, I ordered a dragon fruit seasonal item. It came out fine but took a bit and they made a mess with it. But disappointing assuming I have been to this Jamba many timess and have never been let down. (I come here at minimum 1-2 times a month)The time and date of when this happened was Friday August 11th at 5pm. Very upset and wasted money on something I only partially received.

Jamba is a great place to get a good smoothie. It is a franchise so you can expect to have it made the same no matter what location you go to. Prices are a bit steep but i still go there quite a bit. I bought a gift card with a free $5 bonus and the bonus card expired 3 days after I purchased it. That's pretty lame .
