I did not open our box of cheesy bread until I got home. I called because it was not cheesy it was crispy hard brown cheese on top and it was too smoky to even eat. I called and they requested a picture as evidence. I requested a remake and I would take back and swap for a new one but the person I spoke to said they do not do that until they have "evidence". Here is the evidence. We didn't want free food we requested to change it for what it was supposed to be. My kids absolutely love this place but after this phone call we will not go back.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this really irritated me. I was at an auction a few months back and bought a family fun night out basket that included 2 passes to a local fun center and coupons for cinnasquares, cheesy bread and a medium pizza. When we showed up we were informed we could only use one item per visit which kind of defeats the purpose of family fun night. So I opted to use the medium pizza coupon and I guess save the others for another night. We needed a second pizza so I chose a large pepperoni magnifico which was advertised for 9.99 right next to the counter. While waiting I looked at the receipt and the charged me 15.99 for the pizza. When I asked the cashier she explained that because I used a coupon I had to pay more for the other pizza. See pics. Needless to say I guess I have an extra two coupons for cinnasquares and cheese bread that I won’t be using.
These guys hands down is the very best pizza place In Ammon and Idaho falls. Everywhere else Ive gone has burnt my pizza Everytime even when I've continuously asked them not to they have. Marcos has never once burnt my pizza as I get cauliflower crust because I have to eat gluten free. They always have coupons and deals way cheaper than the competitors they are very friendly and FAST and efficient and their pizzas are so good more flavorful than any other places I've ate at. They have never once disappointed me, so if your looking for amazing flavor and prices friendly service or if you deliver they are faster than any other places I've ordered from, they also have way more options and other items than their competitors. If you order a salad you get two dressings and they don't forget to give you napkins.Vegetarian options: They have salads and you can also order a pizza without meat as well as crustless pizza and other optionsDietary restrictions: I have to eat gluten free and they have cauliflower crust which I think tastes better than the regular stuff, they also offer salads and crustless pizzas as well as traditional wings.
