Usually I love this place however my food was not good this time I got a half rack wich was all fat and they forgot too put my sauses I ordered in the bag so I had too turn around and go back then I went back asked for my sause the lady only gave me one when I told her I ordered two and my green beans were cold when I first arrived all my items were sitting on front counter and I asked for someone too locate my order 5 mins later a lady came out and was like oh there's your order and then continued too bag it .idk if I will be going back too this place wich is sad cus It used too be my favorite

Look, it is exactly what you want it to be. The steak is good, the prime rib especially. The drinks are good, the service is good enough. It isn't fine dining, but that isn't what they are going for. They make great food, served with a smile. The rolls and honey butter are divine.

Top tier in Idaho Falls when it comes to dining out when you order to go it’s just as OP! Definitely worth checking out the menu and nar if you’re looking for a drink. Staff are fantastic and very friendly! Great place!

We came for dinner tonight from Rexburg. Unbeknownst to us it was CRAZY packed due to the BYU-I graduation. I mean PACKED. We checked in on the waitlist on our drive down and arrived to a mad house. HOWEVER we were greeted with a smile from all staff we encountered, and seated at the time the waitlist online promised. Our waiter was Brandon, and he was perfect! Food was delivered promptly and delicious! We could tell it was an all hands on deck team, helping each other and their own tables and they were nothing short of stellar. 10 stars for the whole staff tonight, front and backend crews. The manager stopped by to say hello and was very interactive with the tables and supporting his team. Kudos to you all, this was our first visit and won’t be our last!

The only way to pay with card was at the table with the machine there. I wanted to leave my tip amount but it automatically added thec20% without me wanting to. I would rather pay in person than a machine.And the mack and cheese wasn't good

Worst service ever. Worst customer relations. Took 50 minutes to get our food. Everyone around us who ordered after us received their food. We sat their foodless. Waitress never came by For me to even be able to ask where our food was. Finally she stopped by. "Oh your food has not come yet, let me go check" it never even got started. Finally another employee arrived and said the "food is started. Can i get you an appetizer" no!! I wanted my food. Why would I want and appetizer when my food production got elevated to highest priority and hopefully would be out shortly. What could have made things better was a discount or a coupon for a future visit or free dessert for your party of 3 or a discussion with a manager. But nothing. To top it off, once the food came no one even stopped to check on it after that point. I felt like they wanted us out because we were there for over an hour sitting there. I get squatters in a restaurant prevent new customers. We werent socialize on our accord. We had other places to be. But not our fault. First time in my life I about walked out. I get some restaurants are slow. If everyone's food was struggling i wouldn't complain. But we were abandoned and everyone else was getting food a normal.
