We stopped here on our way home to grab something quick and I wish we had never stopped here the place was full of flies and we got chicken tenders in a combo and root beer float my root beer float tasted like onions and tenders had a funny taste , anyway we all got sick vomiting diarea and stomach cramps this place is discussting never coming here again .

Delicious hot food. Professionalism amongst employees, not so much. Eating an ice cream cone while making food isn't a great idea. A Snoop Dogg shirt also not very professional. Handing out free "food" in a 'sus A&W box and no bag, also unprofessional. Be wary of eating here.

Food was very subpar, both in quality and taste. Chili cheese dogs were leaking all over the bag. (Our order was dine in but still came bagged up to go.) Dining area floor was dirty. We were the only customers when we arrived but it got busier after us. I heard the clerk apologize to several customers after us as their orders weren't complete or something was forgotten. The family that immediately ordered after us was still waiting on their dine in order when we were ready to leave - and we were there at least 20 minutes. Later customers had received their orders and left while this family was patiently waiting. They finally had to go ask about their order... When the clerk at the front counter wasn't busy with orders he was on his phone and drinking at the register...meanwhile the floor is still messy. Overall experience was very negative. This was on a Friday evening at about 7:20pm.

You can't go with A&W for fast service, quality fresh, fast food. They are one of the top three as far as consistency goes, where ever you might be. The veggies always cold and fresh, the patties always hot and the cheese always perfectly melted. Love them chili fries too! 8.2/10

Crisp pickles. Crunchy lettuce and onions. Firm tomatoes. Savory beef. Bacon that is right in between crunchy and chewy. Fries that are golden brown and salted to perfection. This is the best lunch I've had in a long time. Thank you!

I came in twice to A&W in Blackfoot. I had to specialize my order as I have bad food allergies. The lady immediately recognized that I had changed my order and we discussed I had food allergies. They have taken excellent care of me and even provided a substitution when I couldn't eat the offered coleslaw. Thank you so much!!! You are amazing and I appreciate the care you took for my special diet. Excellent people, excellent service, excellent food.

Absolutely terrible. I went there with big expectations from all the good stuff I hear about A&W, and it was going to be the best thing in the world. But I was extremely disappointed beyond what I thought was humanly possible. This ruined my opinion of A&W as a restaurant and Idaho as a state. Never going to either again also the fries weren't that bad.

Always been a fan of A&W. Each location has a slightly different design (I guess because of its age). This one works fine. Full menu. I miss the draft tap for Diet A&W and regular A&W that some newer stores have. (Just for fun.) The service is good. Food prepared on-demand, at least during the off-peak times I've been in the store.
Very helpful staff.The people are motivated to help and do their job good.Food was okay kost as always.Tables were clean.Floor clean.But the service in this A&W is definitely Above average ??Highly recommend to visit this place.

Come here for lunch quite often. 2 min drive and yet spend 20 mins waiting for food. Every single time. At the most 1person in front of me. Management needs to get organized better. Other than that good food.

I went in to buy and icecream cone and as I walked out I dropped it. I walked back in to buy another one and the two nice gentleman remade it for me for free. I offered to pay for it but they said that these things happen sometimes and said not to worry about the cost. This is just so nice. I love the kindness of all the staff that work there and how they always greet us. We need more people like these two gentleman. I wish I knew there names.

The staff were super friendly and the food is delicious. Probably the friendliest staff i have delt with in a long time. I appreciate the service. We arrived just before they closed and they were very accommodating.

Not clean at all. Every table you could tell had not been wiped down at all. Crumbs every where, catsup and mustard on tables and seats. Girl working must have been new or not trained well. It took quite a while to get our order and we were the only ones there. She carried out 4 Root Beer floats at one time squeezing them and making a mess and one was stuffed under her armpit. Every float had stuff running down the sides and made a huge sticky mess. On top off that, the floats were more like an ice slushy than ice cream with very little root beer. Will not be going back, ever.
