They did not get my order right, and the chicken stips tasted old. They were also mopping the floor at lunch time and I had to smell the floor cleaner the whole time I was eating. Poor management!

I enjoy A&W now and again when I don't have time for anything else. This one specifically was just awful. The fries were cold and nearly rock hard, the root beer was flat, and somehow even though the bottom bun of my burger was okay, the top bun was stale, dry, and hard. First and only negative experience I've had at an A&W.

We came at 9:15. Google said it was open until 10. They were closed, they closed at 9 apparently, and the employee was pretty rude about it.

Went by at 920 pm…in drive thru, multiple others tried but no one answered. Saw people inside, time must be wrong?

$4 for a flavorless, hard burger with a dry bun. $3 for a small fry. The fries didn't even fill the cardboard container they came in. They were all the small, broken leftover fries that were so salty I couldn't eat them. Horrible waste of $7. I will never go back. So sad to see what A&W has turned in to.
