Family member went and ordered dinner and let (DK) the “Food Server”, and that’s me taking the high road, she needed to place a to go order ……. She said no problem and then when it became time to order she refused saying they closed in 15 mins. Claimed it was not her fault someone didn’t “flag “ her down sooner….. hey (DK) how can you be “flagged” down when you spend the whole time in the back doing god knows what!!!!! Applebees won’t see me back again . And suggestion remind your staff checking on your tables goes along ways in customer satisfaction!!!!!

The waitress was the best food sub par though there was a show someone leaving Applebee's rear ended another car then they all got out and boxed ( not well) cops came (like 10 cars no joke) ....so the waitress was great that all

Very disappointed in this place. My brother took my daughter and I out to lunch. They gave me and my brother our food 1st because they messed up my daughter's chicken sandwich. It literally took them 45 mins to fix the issue. The waitress ignored us and decided to play with another customer child when she was supposed to check our order. Food wasn't that good either.

Horrible service sitting down. Wasn't greeted at the table. Sticky table and shoved on the smallest table as booths were available. The wash clothes that to wipe down the table were sour smelling.
Slow service. Macaroni and cheese was identical to boxed.

Ashley was amazing, but the food was terrible. Steak was well done, ordered rare, Ashley had to take it back because they had the wrong sides. Can't say enough about how great Ashley was. But the food was so bad.
I've always heard that Applebees is a subpar restaurant, however i was very pleasantly surprised. Despite being a saturday evening, service was timely and polite, the restaurant was clean, and the food quality was great. Furthermore, the all you can eat choices are a great deal considering the price of restaurants these days.

We frequent this store often. We have unfortunately gotten Ethan as a waiter multiple times. He is UNFRIENDLY, slow, and has a terrible attitude. We ordered the all you could eat option today and it took 20 minutes to get our second order and they were cold. Definitely disappointed and will make sure to ask to not be placed in his section next time.
