I wanted there turkey bacon sandwich and they were out of bacon, so I asked if I could get a little extra turkey to make up for it and make it even......seems reasonable... but no they want to give me the short end of the stick and I pay full price without the bacon and no extra turkey.... a applaud the 2 managers there that think its ok to short hand customers ??? they lost my business and potential sales I'm sure there are others also mabe rethink your Strategy you're hurting your business and your customers

This place used to be good but now nearly every time I come, whether it’s after work or later at night, they tell me to pull around and wait out front when there is no one in line behind me. This has happened at least 4-5 times, I told myself I wouldn’t come here anymore but I shop at Fred meyers sometimes and stopped by tonight and what do you know, “please pull around out front we’ll bring your food to you right away”. If it’s right away why not just let me wait at the window? If there was a line and my order was large I would understand but it’s just me and I get one meal.Never again will I come here. Last time the fries were either old or over cooked because they were hard as a rock and the beef had weird dark spots on it. The people aren’t rude but the way they handle orders is horrible and after it happening at least 4 times I’m over it.

Service was good, slow but very customer service oriented. The roast beef was cold, 3 of us ordered it and it was cold in all of them. Typically when it takes a bit longer to get our food, we hope for something fresh and warm. The curly fries were hot out of the fryer though which was a plus.
